20 Atlantic Beach Court by Akers Ellis Rentals

Loved the property and closeness to the beach. Parking was an issue as van only park 2 cars in driveway Had an issue with smoke alarm that was resolved immediately.

Very nice recently updated home. Well euipped and a short walk to the beach. Great screened porch!

We stayed over spring break and had a great time. It’s a very short walk to the beach and we loved watching the Alligator that hung out in the pond behind the house. The house was perfect for our family of 10 (adults, grandparents and kids).

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great few days at Kiawah Island. Our first time to the island and the house was great. A great central location to stay with a quick walk / ride to the beach. House was beautiful and in great condition. Rooms and furniture are lovely. Screened in deck was great for coffee and to enjoy watching the alligators. Only negative was very few starter supplies. Most rentals we have stayed had some basics like salt and pepper - not here. Fortunately the market is not far. The only other thing - we sound travels far and a house two doors down had a really large group that enjoyed their porch until the early hours of the morning, which meant we got to listen to them. Not quite as peaceful as we would have hoped. Not this house is fault but just something to be aware of. Overall we would stay here again.

Excellent property - very new & clean, good for a family gathering, close to the beach, tennis center, and the island Hotel!

Great location, fantastic golf course views, easy walk to beach. Property is well decorated and maintained, and fully equipped as advertised. Definitely would book again. Easily housed recently married couple in Kiawah for friends wedding and both sets of parents

The back porch had a great view and was a wonderful place for outdoor meals. The location to the beach was also very convenient. We also used the neighborhood pool one day that was very close by. We had a number of small children in the house and the room with double bunk beds came in very handy. Overall the house gave us just enough space to sleep the 6 adults and 6 children on our trip. House was well kept and there were plenty of towels for showers. The wireless charging docks on the nightstands were also a nice touch.Only negatives I have are a number of the plug in outlets didn't seem to be working in various rooms. Also it would have been nice to be able to log into my Apple TV account at the house on the TV's. That could have been user error but it didn't seem like that option was available.Overall wonderful stay and I would highly recommend this beautiful and functional property!

The house is well situated and well designed to accommodate a 3 couples and 3 children+children.Our favorite thing is the long porch over the lagoon. It was very entertaining with lots of wildlife to watch!
