Highly recommend this home for a multifamily stay! The swimming pool, hot tub, and movie room were definitely the highlights! Everything was clean and working, and there were plenty of utilities available. There isn’t shampoo or conditioner so I would recommend bringing that but everything else was covered. Multiple refrigerators, plenty of space to hang and plenty of eating areas. The host was very quick to respond and very easy to communicate with. We had little kids with us and a big thing for me was safety for the pool room and it was nice that they had a key that locked the room when we were not using it. The house itself is absolutely gorgeous and in such a beautiful neighborhood! I would highly recommend.

An amazing weekend!

Surroundings were utterly beautiful. House is maintained in impeccable condition. Plenty of space for everyone. One hitch were the stairs as we have two seniors in our party. Otherwise, the stay was wonderful.

The house was perfect for our family vacation. Location was great, easy to get to attractions from it. No complaints. We would readily stay there again if the opportunity arises.

This house is amazing for a large group who want all the amenities of a hotel with the comfort of being together in a single home. Checkin was simple, our host was very responsive, and checkout was also easy. It was nicely appointed with comfortable mattresses in all of the rooms. The large open floor plan on the main level was great for hosting. The hot tub was large and the indoor pool was also very large. The hot sauna got up to about 120F but the wet sauna definitely steamed up nicely. Theater room had a row of fully reclining chairs which was a nice touch. Location was super convenient for Sierra but could also work for Heavenly. If you are willing to splurge, then this house is worth it!!

This cabin is amazing. When we arrived, we spent the first 15 minutes walking around saying “wow”. Just a stunning house and location. The house was fully stocked with everything you might need. The house was clean, signage around the house was very helpful and the fireplaces and thermostats were very easy to use. The furniture was comfortable and clean. The views are stunning. The two washers and dryers were great! Constantino made the entire process so easy and straightforward. Our kids were ages 6, 11 and 12 and all had a blast! I have ZERO complaints or issues. The pool isn’t too deep which was nice since we have kids. The movie theatre is so comfy! I could go on and on! I received compliments from the entire family about what a perfect rental I had found. I agree!!

Our stay at the Chiapa Estate was great! The home was in a very quiet location and provided many amenities for our group to use. Adults and children loved the indoor pool and theater room. Kitchen was well stocked, and bedrooms were very comfortable. Our host communicated with us well, and was able to quickly resolve issues we ran into. I look forward to staying here again.

Our family of 14 people stayed at this house over the Thanksgiving weekend and everything was perfect and every way. The kitchen is just a wonderful gathering place and all of the family entertainment areas are inviting. We found everything and working order and very clean and everyone in the family had a lot of fun. Constantino is a great host.

Stayed at this lovely property over a long weekend with some friends from college and their kids. Plenty of room for everyone! Theatre is really great as is the arcade. Kitchen kept us all fed making most of our meals.

This was a perfect property for our family vacation. Plenty of bedrooms and baths for our 8 adults and 4 boys 6-10. The kids loved the indoor pool, although there were a few rough spots at the bottom so swim shoes suggested. The hot tub and theatre room were big hits as well. There’s so much to do in Lake Tahoe, but it was great to have relaxing down time at the house. Would definitely recommend for a fun group stay!

Overall loved the place, was fantastic for a family reunion with 4 generations. Plenty of bedrooms and all with an attached bathroom made it very accommodating. Having the theater room, indoor pool, and hot tub meant the kids were entertained at all times. Kitchen is a good size but a couple utensils provided broke when trying to use. Also, the steam room was not usable because the flooring is coming undone there and dust particles would enter the steam which we did not want to mess with. Pro tip: bring your own aluminum foil, tupperware, and paper towels if you are going to do some cooking, as was not available.

The house is in a good location. The grandchildren enjoyed the indoor pool. The kitchen and large dining table are spacious and convenient. Plenty of beds.

My group of friends and I had a great stay at Constantino's property. The house was very spacious with great amenities and a breathtaking view of the woods and mountains leading into South Lake Tahoe. Cabs were easy to coordinate into the downtown area and it only took 15-20 minutes. Would definitely recommend and would stay again.

We had 13 people ages 16 and up to 80! A wonderful place to stay with so much to offer with the swimming pool, sauna, steam room, jacuzzi, pool table, piano, etc! Our host was very quick to respond with any question’s & requests! Thank you for a lovely stay! Would definitely stay there again!
