Quiet location, close to quiet beach, well equipped kitchen and helpful owners!

Very nice house and the host was great.

We had a fantastic stay in the house of Beatriz. The area is quiet, calm and we felt save. The communication with the Host was great. We will definitely come back.

This is a fabulous villa to get away from it all. The beach is mostly deserted. There are no noisy bars or clubs. The yacht club is serene. Great for a family. Pool is cold but refreshing. We loved it.

We loved our stay at Beatriz' place and would return in a heartbeat. Everything was as described, Beatriz was extremely communicative and the location was perfect. Having a 4-year old, we liked the pool that backed onto the backyard, as well as the shallow sandy beach within easy walking distance. Great location near Maspalomas without the crowds.

Lovely, cosy and clean, with all the amenities you could possibly need. Fantastic view of the harbour and sea from the upper bedroom and terrace!! When we arrived we had welcome gifts.... A nice touch. Within walking distance ( 5 minutes) of the harbour, beach, a small restaurant and a shop carrying the essentials you need for your stay such as water, milk, bread etc. Meloneras and Maspalomas are within a 10 minute taxi ride too. Everything is perfect about this villa. Perfect location.. perfect parking.. even perfect pool area and scenery. But there’s on room at the top of the property which is pictured above and the rest of the rooms are in the basement under neath the property and 1 by the front door as you enter the property. The few people I went with no one wanted to sleep down stairs and another thing was that the place was crawling with ants which was very off putting. Ants on the counter where you prepare food ants upstairs on the sink running around in the beds. So next time I’d stay in a 5 star hotel. This was my first so called luxury villa experience and I wouldn’t do it again.

We had a wonderful 9 night stay at Beatriz and Juan's property in October. The house is spotlessly clean and wonderfully equipped. There was ample room for our party of five; 2 adults and 3 children aged 4, 7 and 10. The pool is right outside, (but gated and locked for peace of mind for those with small children) and the beach is a 2 minute walk away. It's a small cove which is only known to locals and those at Pasito Blanco. We loved the resort, so quiet and safe but close to Maspalomas and Playa del Ingles. We hired a car and visit Aqualand water park, Puerto de Mogan, beautiful Fataga, Maspalomas for camel riding and the beach, Holiday world and Palmitos park. Pasito Blanco is in a great location to visit these places, but a welcome retreat to retire to at the end of the day. We loved the pool, and often had it to ourselves (as well as making International friends there- for us and the kids) and ate at La Punta Yacht club in the resort. Beautiful location, great food and a friendly welcome. We would recommend this apartment, the wonderful hosts and Pasito Blanco to anyone - we had a wonderful holiday!

Simply the perfect holiday apartment. My only advice is to book now. This property was immaculate, extremely well cared for, modern and has the most welcoming and friendly owners, who couldn't have done anything more to improve the stay. This comfortable accommodation was like home from home. From the most thoughtful of welcome hampers to the exceptional views and surroundings this apartment has it all. There are endless facilities on offer in a 5 minute walk. Including a Private pool, local Beach,corner shop(including a bakery) ,breath-taking harbour,luxurious bar and even an outside gym! We couldn't have asked for more. Also, if you wanted to go further a field there is exceptional transport facilities with cheap and cheerful taxi rides to local towns.We used this service to get to the neighbouring town of Maspolomas nearly every night as it was so quick and convenient. Also there is an amazing bus route. This provides buses at regular intervals travelling down the costal road. I would highly recommend the service as it is exceptionally low prices to see such amazing views at the same time. In Maspolomas we found a restaurant/bar called The 19th Hole, which I couldn't recommend enough. There is with assertive staff and good food at great prices, couldn't be faulted. In addition it provides thoroughly enjoyable entertainment. Unintentionally we ended up returning night on night to this restaurant ! I honestly couldn't recommend this spectacular apartment highly enough. This would be ideal for any occasion, residents or situations . The apartment, along with the surrounding area,picturesque views and the most obliging owners definitely made the holiday.

It was a lovely property, the owners were really helpful. I would highly recommend this property! It was right by the pool and a few minutes walk from a quiet beach. Everything was provided from beach towels to a nice welcome pack. Plus it was peaceful and quiet. Hopefully my wife and I will be back again soon!
