location was great. Both upstairs and downstairs was great for our family. The advertised soaking tub with jets did not work. The extra pillows were brown and yellow. Really nasty…but all else was great

Close enough to the beach where you get the experience but also far enough away where it is peaceful at night.

This was a great place for our family to stay in PCB. We had a large group and it was nice to find a place that could accommodate all of us for a reasonable price. Owner was friendly and answered questions very quickly. Short walk to the beach and the house had everything we needed.

We had an amazing stay at this property in PCB! The accommodations were just as listed, spotless, fully equipped, and had plenty of space for our entire family. The split floor plan was perfect—it gave the kids and adults their own space and made our stay much more relaxing. The walk to the beach was short-super convenient. One unexpected bonus was the garage—such a great added perk for storing beach gear (The home has supplies you need to go to the beach or the on-property pool.) David, the owner was very personable and prompt to respond. We’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to families looking for a comfortable and well-thought-out vacation home.

Having the extra room downstairs was nice for the price. It is a rock throw from the go-carts so it is not quiet. You could walk to the beach but we rode over to the public parking since we had so much stuff. I would stay again

The only thing I don’t like is the 2 bedrooms are separated from the house so if my Son was not 15 I would be so scared them sleeping in the rooms off the garage

Centrally located, close to beach access, putt putt, gokarts, stores, etc. Stayed here with friends and our 3 kids. Spaces are split upstairs and downstairs (kind of like separate apartments) which is helpful to know when planning out where small kids will stay. David was very responsive. Would stay again! This unit was amazing. Absolutely everything we needed. The split floor plan was perfect for us and our older teens. They loved having their own space. Close to the beach, great food and plenty to do. The owner was great, super friendly and great communication. Best vacation we’ve had in years. Thank you so much ❤️
