Stayed Dec 17, 2025There were plenty of all the amenities we needed and it was a quick, easy drive to the power and light district. Grant our host was awesome. He stayed connected with us, provided recommendations and responded quickly. The house was perfect for our group. Every couple had their own bedroom and bathroom.

Stayed Dec 11, 2025We had a fantastic stay at this Kansas City home. Grant was an outstanding host, responsive and helpful from booking through checkout. The house was spotless, newly renovated, and spacious, with thoughtful touches throughout. The downstairs two bedroom apartment was a highlight and worked perfectly for privacy and flexibility. The upstairs living room couch deserves a special mention, incredibly comfortable after long days out. The location was convenient and the home felt welcoming from the moment we arrived. We would happily stay here again and recommend it without hesitation.

Stayed Oct 15, 2025We just rented Grant’s house this past week for the American Royal Livestock Show. We had plenty of space for 3 couples and a couple of kids. Complete renovation in a neat part of the city and only 2-3 miles back to the Royal. His recommendation for Northeast Pizza and the Coffee house across the street were also highlights of our trip. We plan on rebooking for next year and Grant was great communicating through the process and following up if needed. Thanks for s wonderful stay. J Goodson and Family

Stayed Feb 7, 2025Beautiful comfortable vacation home. Very clean and modern. Separate entrance for downstairs unit which gave us grandparents some privacy while our son’s family stayed upstairs. Beautiful kitchen so we could eat breakfast together before vacationing at nearby Sea World and Legoland.
