Stayed Oct 1, 2025Stay was very good! Close enough to downtown that ubers were cheap and easy to get. Very clean condos with lots of space for everyone in our group of 12!

Stayed Oct 11, 2024Nashville Girls Trip 2024 was a success! 14 ladies shared 2 condos on this property. The units were updated and clean and the owner was quick to respond to our questions. They were also stocked with the necessities (toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, linens and towels). The only downfall was that we may have underestimated the number of stairs in the units - to no fault of the owners or listing. There was some neighborhood noise on night 2, but again overall the condos were welcoming and cozy and we enjoyed our stay. We also used Mr Jones Driving Service who was listed as a partner to their business and he got us to our destination for a reasonable price and was very knowledgeable about the area.

Stayed Mar 21, 2024We have the team come into Nashville once a year for a meeting and getting these units made for way better team building than a hotel. The open kitchen and living room made for cozy morning get togethers and the location made it easy to get to places, even with traffic. The host was quick to respond to requests and made the stay comfortable.

Stayed Nov 21, 2023Amazing 3 level townhomes. Very clean and pleasant. It offered ample space for my family to come together to celebrate Thanksgiving. We had a wonderful time!
