Stayed Feb 4, 2025The house was perfect for what I needed! The owner, Rick was responsive when I reached out to him throughout my stay. The location is great-- super walkable. Quick walk to the beach and short ride to good restaurants, Cocoa Beach and Port Canaveral.

Stayed Aug 26, 2024I booked this spot for 1 month and ended up extending. The owner was very helpful with anything that came up including securing the house during the most recent hurricanes. I will likely be back!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969We stayed there (4 adults) for a week. The house if full of amenities that makes it enjoyable. We went to the beach with the beach cart, enjoyed the little patio area mid-day as there were too many bugs in the morning and evening. It was nearby everything we were looking for when booking this stay. We even had the chance of seeing a shuttle launch from the beach a few minutes away on our second night.

Stayed Feb 11, 2024From beginning to end this was a terrific experience. Nice house that was very clean and nicely located for our needs. Really great host. Could not have been more accommodating. We’d absolutely stay there again but for a longer period. Really good spot.
