2 story, 2nd Row House w/private pool & hot tub + Free Attraction Tickets!

The property was EXTREMELY dirty. We couldn't go barefoot because the floors were so dirty, the beds were all worn out and squeaked horribly, it looked like there was mold on the boxspring in one room. The a/c filters were nasty, the dryer had to be run three times to dry towels, mold or mildew on the a/c units, doors didn't shut properly, hair from previous occupants all over the place, belongings from previous occupants still there. Damprid bags in the closets needed changed.

The pool cleaner never came, so I ended up cleaning out some trash and leaves. The hot tub had sand in it from the previous guest.The house clean. We did have some plumbing issues, but the most urgent problem was fixed the next morning. Overall, our stay was pretty good. Property management was great, and we would definitely stay again!

The floors turned our feet black so we had to wear shoes the entire time. The a/c units downstairs had very dirty filters and mold or mildew. There was a ton of hair from previous occupants as well as their belongings.

Arrived Friday, as we walked in the back a woman was walking out the front bottom door saying there was an issue with that lock. People showered and had hot water. We left for dinner and now the back lock wasn't working. We called the after hours number and the man called back and came right away.When we arrived back from dinner we had no hot water and one bathroom sink was clogged, another shower handle was broke and the air conditioning vent was leaking on one of the beds and now the back top door would not work or lock. A message was left Friday night for them to come Saturday. No one called or came Saturday so we called again. The nice man came back and unclogged the sink and said he would look at the hot water, but it wasn't fixed. He tried to fix the broken shower handle the best he could and never did anything about the water leaking on the bed. The lock was totally broken and they had to replace it which they did. We called again and was told they would call a plumber regarding the hot water. By Saturday night the same sink was clogged again and still no hot water.Sunday, third day with no hot water, clogged sink and leaking water on the bed. Called maintenance for the forth time. No one called back but the nice older man came again and got a big clog out of the sink. A plumber showed up and it was found that either the pool guy or someone unplugged the hot water heater outside and it just needed to be plugged back in. NO HOT WATER from Friday unt

2nd row but just a min walk to the beach. In spite of a huge condo bld blocking the view, the location was great! The house can sleep a lot of people ( 7 bedrooms ) and 5 baths. ( The 2 baths upstairs were super small )Lots of deck chairs to enjoy your morning coffee and pool and hot tub to relax

Very easy.

This house was in a great location. Very short walk to the beach and stores. My family definitely loved the heated pool and hot tub. Maintenance had to come due to the hot tub but they were very quick to respond to me and got there to fix the issue very quick. The beds could really use an update. There could be a few more outlets (it was difficult for our teens) overall we would stay at this house again!!

The property was great. Nice location. Close to restaurants, entertainment, and shopping. Best part was the heated pool. Even though the temperature was cool we were able to enjoy the pool and jacuzzi.

Reviewer Comments: I don’t have much judgement because we came at a difficult time due to weather issues. We only had to complain due to the ice. We had someone have an accident we called and they basically told us hopefully we didn’t have anywhere to go now that was not a way to resolve our issue. Other than that the stay was okay. The house is a little old so there are some cracks here and there and we found a roach in the pull out couch which may have just came from a previous visit so that’s not on them but it is a nice house to stay for a small getaway.

Each family pretty much got their own area for sleeping and we had plenty of shared space for meals and playing games. Pool and hot tub got lots of use and the beach is a short walk. Great area as well. House is a little dated but still great shape. Mattresses are not the best but we never had an issue with hot water even with all 5 showers being used at once and washer. Everyone from 7 to 70 had a wonderful time and enjoyed our stay.

We love that we cross the street and are at the beach! Check-in was quick and easy. The management company/owner responded in a timely manner to any requests that were made. We look forward to staying at Ocean Pearl again!

he house was clean, all the beds were very uncomfortable. there was a leak in the bottom bedroom above the bed. it kept the bed wet. I called the property manager they came and took a look at the same day, which was great. It was not fixed during our stay. the property had plenty of room great location.

Everything was good and went well. Only if the mattresses were a little more comfortable it would’ve made it perfect. Overall though, it was great and turned out as it said it was. And I definitely recommend the house.
