2 Sarazen - Golf Course Views, Hot Tub, SHARC Passes, Perfect for a Family Getaway

Overall this property would be an amazing place to stay if it was cleaned better and had some upkeep done. Bikes, hot tub, location, fully stocked kitchen, ammenities were all great. They are also very friendly and helpful if you have to contact them for any reason.

We had a nice stay but the dishwasher did not work. A very nice person came to fix it in about 1 day’s time (plastic covering of pods clogged in flow of water). Also, the downstairs heat /thermostat did not work. Temp never rose above 60 degrees despite multiple attempts at readjustment. Very uncomfortable for the 3 bedrooms located on that floor.

The house was very comfortable for our family. The kitchen was well stocked and their was room for us all.We had difficulty getting the fireplace to turn on, but after calling, someone fixed it right away.

We’ve stayed in SunRiver twice a year for the past 10 years and have never stayed in the same house twice. So we’re highly familiar with homes in this community. I’m only giving this home 3 stars. It has a very good layout for 2 families and lots of parking space in the driveway. Two bedrooms have private bathrooms so parents don’t have to share with kids. The other two bedrooms share a jack and Jill bath. Be warned- this house has a lot of wear and tear. Broken stair treads, large hole in the drywall in the bunk bedroom, lower bunk mattress is on the FLOOR, soap scum covered primary shower glass surround, VERY old pots and pans with completely gone non-stick surfaces, horribly dull knives, and kitchen faucet needs replacing (leaks if you don’t fidget with it.) The main living area is spacious but there’s a very insufficient amount of comfortable seating in the living room. One 3-person couch and two single-person chairs. Hard to get cozy and watch movies as a group because a majority are forced to watch sitting in a hard kitchen chair or on the floor. The location is ok. It has a beautiful view of the golf course but it’s a full 10 minute drive to the village. For the price, I was very disappointed.

Great property and was everything we needed for a guys golf trip. Would love to stay here again if we're back in the area.

We heard just about 4 hours before we could check in that the AC was not working. The home was a little warm at night but we opened windows and it helped. For as many people the home can accommodate the great room seating was lacking. We had 3 family members that canceled and it would have been difficult. There were 7 of us and it worked out well. There were just enough bikes for all of us with a few in the garage that were inoperable

The home was beautiful and spacious. The hot tub and bikes were a plus. The location next to the gold course was very nice too.

We so enjoyed our time with our family. Accomodations made our stay comfortable and relaxing. We all enjoyed the hot tub! The kids loved swimming at Sharc. The bikes provided a great way to get out and experience the rest of Sunriver.We will be returning!

Great house for our trip, host was prompt and available if we needed anything

We had a really good time. All the girls loved the house and beds and bedding. We did notice that the fans and window sills need some cleaning but that didnt teally bother us. We left early and hopefully left it the way you wanted. Thank you so much.

Overall, the property worked out well for our party of 7 adults. There was plenty of room, easy commute to Mt. Bachelor ski area. We prepared all of our meals as there were 4 chefs in our group. Found that the kitchen could use an update on linens and dishes including stemware, cookware, food storage containers, fresh spices, etc....

House was wonderful would absolutely stay again

The place is clean and kitchen/family room is great for relaxing and watching sports or whatever on the TV. We even ordered a pizza from a local place when we didn't feel like going out and it was delivered hot and tasty within 35 minutes. Great place for Sunriver enjoyment.

House was perfect for our group

We had an amazing stay at this home! Check in was easy, house was spacious, and the beds were comfy. Communicating with the rental company was easy and they were pretty responsive. We loved the hot tub but for some reason it had a funky chemical-ly smell on the last night. Not sure why. There were several things that the house could use as far as updates (sent to the management company) and we didn’t feel like there were enough utensils (I’m not even sure if there was one per person). Overall the house was clean however there were several obvious spots the cleaners missed. The gas range was also very slow and one burner didn’t work. It took extra time to prepare all our meals but at least the views were awesome! Those few things weren’t a deal breaker for us and we’d love to come back!

Great place, lots of amenities.

We wanted a hot tub and fireplace. It wouldn’t work. We call Arrived as requested. They were too afraid to fix it during our stay. Disappointing. The house is lovely and we had a nice stay.

We loved the house and its location. House needs Tlc, along with the bikes

The home was incredibly clean and well maintained. Plenty of indoor and order space to enjoy. We had a great time and will be back!

House is well equipped with kitchen supplies, toys and towels. Great location with view of a pond. Carpet has quite a few stains (that were wet), trash under dressers and tv. Deck has a few nails and boards sticking up. It was very smokey half the trip but the house isn’t responsible for that. Awesome bike and helmet collection and access to bike trail. Used SHARC passes - nice perk. Hard to control AC downstairs. Very cold.nice lighting and view of Aspen trees! Hit balls at the driving range that is just feet away. Bbq grill works. Lots of kitchen storage. Overall a good house but needs those few things fixed for five star. Would stay again.

The house was lovely and fit our needs perfectly. The kitchen is very well stocked.
