A required one-time resort fee of $90 (for the entire group) is payable at the on-site office upon arrival. This fee covers parking passes as well as access to the community amenities.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Very clean, nice location, and great balcony area for fishing and relaxing. Would stay again!
Staff at check in was very friendly. We loved the deck and how spacious it is inside. Kitchen is fully stocked, fridge worked really good. I liked that every room had TV’s. Sofas were beige, comfortable but had stains. Beds weren’t that comfortable, my husband and I stayed in the master bedroom and we would roll to the middle and couldn’t move bc the bed was a bit too firm. We loved the deck to fish off from. I would rent at this location again.
Check in and out was a breeze. Nice cottage, lots of room. Great patio with a nice evening breeze. You can fish from dock. The only drawback, I couldn’t use the boat lift for my boat. I recommend it.
Because of the nonstop rain and wind, we had some issues with water leaking into the home and really uneven floors. They told us they would stop by with a bucket and some extra towels but never showed up. Beds are super soft and a little worn which was an issue for my husband's back. On the upside, overall a nice place to stay. It felt spacious, had a really nice deck, and nicely updated.
We loved Long Island Village and the wonderful cottage we stay in. Everything was great, including the amenities, the comfort of the home, the washer and dryer, and especially the comfy beds. An extra bonus was being able to see the dolphins while sitting on the deck. There was only one con that I can think of and that was the grill was way too dirty to use. Other than that, all was pretty perfect.
such a nice little community away from the hustle/bustle but yet close enough to enjoy everything Port Isabel/SPI has to offer. only thing is read the map of the community-signage & address on house not that clear to read/also promoted a grill-staff came right away to replace the tank however grill was not working! the staff are fantastic, super friendly and helpful!!!

Really enjoyed the property. Very nicely remodeled and plenty of room for our 4 guests. Fishing from back porch is very nice.
House was just as pictured, very cute and comfortable. Would definitely recommend and stay again!
The property was perfect for what we were looking for. The only issue we had was the previous renters had left a fridge/pantry full of food. We contacted turnkey and they sent a crew out to get rid of all the food and clean out the fridge. The property is definitely bigger than the outside let's on. Being near the water is really nice especially when the breeze comes off of the water at night.
