Stayed Jul 26, 2025Great house. A short walk to the beach. The house is well equipped and well kept. The kids had fun with the foosball table upstairs. It’s a comfortable place for the family to hang out at the end of a nice beach day. We had three groups and evryone had their own space. Would definitely stay here again.

Stayed Jun 14, 2025My family has stayed at multiple houses in Palmetto Dunes and this was one of our favorites. The location was great and had easy access to the beach. The house itself was spacious and easily accommodated our group of 11. We liked that there were 4 King Beds and that the kitchen was nicely appointed for nights we wanted to cook. The Property Manager was great. He was responsive to any questions and was easy to work with. I would definitely stay at this property again!

Stayed May 24, 2025Wonderful beach house with open kitchen and living room area that overlooks the private pool. The space and bedrooms worked good for our multi family beach trip. Each bedroom has its own private bathroom. Close and easy walk to the beach access.

Stayed May 18, 2025Beautiful home! Very comfortable. There were 3 couples and the 3 master suites on the main floor worked out perfectly. Great beds. The kitchen was large enough and had all the necessary utensils. Very nice pool, patio and deck. Spent some time watching the deer graze through the back yard. As to cleanliness, the house in general was clean enough but the soft living room furniture, including the large sectional couch and two soft chairs were not clean. Very dirty! We had to use beach towels to sit on in the living room. Overall, we had a good time and would consider returning next year.

Stayed May 11, 2025The number of bedrooms and bathrooms was perfect for our group of 12 adults. Access to the beach was a 1-minute walk. Commination with Jon and Donna could not have been better, when we had any questions or concerns, they addressed the issue immediately. Stayed Jul 27, 2024Overall, we had a great stay! The house is beautiful and location was amazing. The house could use some basic kitchen tools etc. There is a very limited number of glasses in the kitchen to be more specific. Also, the AC at the back of the house was a challenge. It never really got cool back there. We would definitely stay there again :)

Stayed Jun 15, 2024This is the third year we’ve stayed in this lovely home. Perfect for large families with children. Short walk to the beach. New deck and new baths on first floor. Beach is very private. Hope to stay again! Jon and Donna, the property managers are over the top responsive.
