2 Min.Walk to Beach. Charming, spacious 3bd;3ba home. Hear the Ocean from Porch

This was our second time staying at this property. Our family continues to be enamored by its charm and location in the village of Turtle Beach. There is much to explore in the immediate neighborhood. The cottage is just a short, magical pathway away the beach. Both the front and back porches are memorable and perfect for taking breaks between activities, happy hour, or watching the stars at night. Hosts are friendly and responsive.

I’ve always wanted to stay in this neighborhood and this home didn’t disappoint. Even with a little rain we had a super time. A wonderful family home with plenty of room and just a minute walk to the beach. We had a lovely time and will definitely rent again!

Kiawah has been our family's 'happy place' for over 20 years and Atlantic Beach Court is our new favorite sanctuary on the island. This home is so convenient to the beach with a beachwalk starting with a few feet of the residence. The court itself is very private with little traffic. The home is perfect for spreading out and enjoying your own space - be it inside or on one of the two porches. The highlight of our time at home was discovering a newly born fawn nestled in the back yard one morning, and enjoying the frequent casual meandering of deer in the yard. We look forward to returning again.

We stayed in this lovely Kiawah house for a week with our 2 adult kids. We hadn't stayed in this part of Kiawah before, but the location was great -- right across from a beach access. The house is very comfortable and nicely decorated, the kitchen is well-stocked, and there are plenty of beach chairs, sand toys, and a couple of boogie boards. We also liked having a nice front porch and a back screen porch. Our week turned out to be the week of Tropical Storm Debby, so 3 of our 6 days had heavy rain and winds. Tish Miller, the owner, was very communicative and helpful (including before we arrived). She let us know what needed to be secured (the rocking chairs on the front porch), reassured us that they'd never lost power in the 12 years they've owned the house, and shared helpful updates she was receiving from the town of Kiawah. During the storm, we had a lovely house in which we could play games, watch the Olympics, read, etc. And fortunately we also had 3 days to enjoy the house and location as an actual beach house.

Couldn’t ask for more than this perfectly located, private, bright and airy home. The house was clean and equipped with all the basics you need to enjoy an elongated stay. Hosts were extremely communicative. We will certainly look to rent here again.

We were here for our annual family KI beach trip. House is comfortably appointed. Great location. We had ages 2 to 57. Everyone had a lovely stay. This home is convenient to the beach and very clean. Thanks for a great week!
