Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very unhappy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our eighth year at Stargazer. The house and the amenities are always great and Benchmark are always helpful and great as well. The only issue is the increased usage of the property and beach. In the beginning, the property was just Majestica Beach and the beach was not crowed. The people on the beach were friendly and we saw the same people from year to year. Now multiple properties across the street have been granted access to the beach by the property owners (for a hefty fee I am sure) and the beach has become packed. There are people with loud music constantly competing with each other to where you cannot even hear the waves. In addition, the language is not something that I want my grandchildren to hear. On two occasions there were almost fights between people right around where we were. With multiple F bombs and threats to whoop your a$$ being thrown about. To politely ask them to watch the language would have been a major mistake on my part. Drastic change to the past and we really never felt safe on the beach after these events. We will not be staying here again due to the safety issue. It is really sad as this was almost like a second home.

The location was close to everything with beach access being practically right outside the front door. Would love to go back when the weather or is more cooperative.

We came with our extended family (6 adults, 3 toddlers, one baby) and there was plenty of space for all of us! Super close walk to the beach, walkable to some restaurants and a quick drive to others. Would highly recommend for a big family!!

Very convenient since it’s close to the beach. Cafe and stores near by. House was very clean and large enough doe a group of eleven. Love third floor balcony with view to the ocean.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our week at Stargazer. The house had room for 3 families, 6 adults and 6 kids. The short walk to the beach was extremely nice! Having 4 chairs and 2 umbrellas on the beach every day was also very nice to have, especially with little kids. The kids also loved the pool. You cannot beat the overall location of this home. We walked to several places to eat and rode a rental golf cart to other places. We can’t wait to come back!

Great location. 100 yards to the beach. Gated 10 house community with a private pool. The house was well anointed with plenty of cook ware, nice decor and beds. We will be back. Thanks!!!

Overall, I would highly recommend this property. It is in a great location. Plenty of room in the house for everyone to be comfortable . The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need to prepare a meal. The beach and pool are only steps away. We loved it ! Mary R.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed in Stargazer for 7 years and have always enjoyed it and its location. There were very few houses in the complex and it was a nice experience. However, on this trip the number of people coming through the gate was huge. The beach was very crowded. Stargazer has 4 chairs and 2 umbrellas and in the past we sat next to the ocean. This trip people not staying in Majestica would come very early and set up their personal chairs and umbrellas right in front of us with loud music to the point that my grandchildren had no place to build sand castles and play in the ocean. This has never happened before and was very disappointing based on our past experiences. There are private beaches on both sides of Majestica and with the amount of people that are now allowed on the beach from other complexes, the extra we pay for being on the beach is no longer worth it. We are not sure if we will make it 8 years here.
