2 minutes from Elvis's Birthplace 5 miles from downtown Tupelo MS.

The house was clean and ready. There are cameras that made us feel like we were being watched cause every time you open the door they connected. Other than that the location was really good. There is not a privacy fence so you are open to neighbors. But it was very quiet.

Although I was emailed the wrong code for entry the day before and waited patiently for a response when we arrived, overall, we had a nice stay at the little cottage while visiting my dad. I’d definitely stay again and recommend to anyone visiting near downtown Tupelo. We also visited Elvis house, church and museum literally down the street.

The price was right, great for pretty much having a whole house. I'm not sure that the property owner sent me the instructions for getting into the house as stated in the listing, but they got back to my message really quickly. First impression - the grass was nearly knee-high and inside was quite musty-smelling. The A/C had a hard time keeping up with the outside heat, during the day it stayed 78-80* in the house. In my hunt for a knife to make my kids a sandwich, I found a box of sugar in the cabinet that had gotten the attention of a lot of ants, so I took that outside and threw it in the bin that already had a few bags of trash in it. The floor was quite wavy, so I wouldn't recommend this place for anyone with balance issues. The GFCI outlet in the bathroom (without a switch plate on it) was broken, so I couldn't use my hair tools in the bathroom. Water gets extremely hot. The beds were comfortable, as were the common area furnishings. The location was easy to find and well located.

Nice house, good communication with host. However house had ants and roaches and AC couldn’t keep up during the day, got up to 79 in the house.

The house offered almost everything we could have hoped for; the decor was very cute including all the aspects of Tupelo! The furnishings were modern and included smart TVs! The neighborhood felt like home!This rental is perfect for any occasion!

It was great, nice little cozy house. Only issue, was i think there was a dead rat in bathroom area, but wasnt real bad.

Our first VRBO experience and we couldnt have picked a better property and manager. Was very patient through my questions and very fast to reply.Property is close to everything and is very quiet. Rental is upgraded and very nice. So much better than the team hotel.

Such a cute house! The decor was adorable and we had an awesome stay in Tupelo.

My fiancé and I stayed here for the Ole Miss football game in Oxford. The house was cozy and clean. My favorite aspect was the security. The neighborhood was quiet and the house had ADT security with a camera on the front porch that made a sound when it detected motion. This made us feel very safe which is sometimes a question when staying in a home and neighborhood you've never stayed in before.

We enjoyed our stay in the 2br/1bath home. It was pretty centrally located for attractions and historic downtown Tupelo. Many restaurants close by in downtown. Very close to the Birthplace of Elvis which was our draw for renting this cottage. Thank you to our host Jamison.

It’s in an excellent location, close to everything but yet a little bit country like setting. Highly recommended, the host are fantastic to work with. We will definitely stay again if the opportunity arises.

Close to town, clean and well stocked

Our stay here was over all a good experience. The house was well appointed and the proximity to town was great. Kitchen was well stocked as was the bathroom. The only issue we had was with the a/c which tried it's best to cool the house in 100 degree temps but just couldn't keep up. At night it was much better! Communication with the owner was great! Over all it was a good visit just next time we may not visit Tupelo in the deep of summer!

It was good to be home, everything I expected no more no less.I didn't need a lot of amenities. And this was perfect.

You definitely need to call the bug man. Several Large roaches
