It was nice and quiet! Nice getaway!

Lovely home, very convenient to restaurant and shops in a great neighborhood. We really enjoyed our stay over the New Years holiday.

The house was prefect! Wish the weather would have been nicer so we could’ve enjoyed the yard but we made the best of things - it was nice to be close to so many amenities and we had a great time exploring Five Points and Devine St. 10/10 would book again. Thank you!

The property was absolutely perfect. Central to where we needed to be, clean, comfortable and so quaint and well equipped. Wendy was quick to respond if we needed anything. Would definitely return if we come to Columbia in the future.

We came to town to spend Thanksgiving with our daughter. Her apartment is small for hosting so we wanted a house where we could cook the holiday dinner and relax as a family during the holiday week. We all enjoyed our stay. We felt the home’s layout was perfect for our family. Beds and couches were comfortable. The kitchen had most of the basics needed to cook our meals but I did bring a large roasting pan for the turkey. We enjoyed sitting on the screened in porch. The location was very convenient. We did hear quite a few loud sirens during the week but they were most likely heading to hospital near by.

Kitchen was fully stocked. The house was beautiful and so cozy. Clean. Had everything we needed during our stay. So close to everything. We loved it. I will 100% stay here again next time I come!

The house is very well kept up and clean. Plenty of seating to sit and visit in the living room. Outdoor screened in room along with huge backyard patio with seating makes this a rare find.

The house was wonderful! Very well appointed, we really appreciated that there was coffee pods for the Keurig. The location was very convenient, easy to get anywhere in or around Columbia.

Great location, all needed amenities, clean and easy to work (fanes, doors, etc). Great stay!

This was an excellent two week stay for us. Our daughter, a USC athlete, had surgery on her ankle so we were there to take care of her. Check in and check out procedures were effortless. The house was in a great location for all of our needs. The kitchen was very well appointed as I was able to make many homemade meals for her. The house stayed nice and cool during those high 90 degree days. The washer/dryer are full size and work quite well. The host was very helpful and called on day two to make sure everything was to our satisfaction and it was for the entire stay. We would definitely stay here again!

We had a great time. Beds were comfortable, house was clean, and location was close to things. We traveled with our 3 year old and felt safe in the neighborhood. Host was also very responsive.

The hosue was adorable and in a great location. Very close to campus and in a safe and cute neighborhood. We will be back for sure!

House was excellent in all regards. Ideal location to UofSC campus and all restaurants. Perfect size for 4 people or less. Would rent again without question.

Nice home for girls to gather for a quick weekend!!

We stayed here over the weekend for a Gamecock game and my daughter's class ring ceremony. Location was great! It was close to campus, the stadium, and downtown. It made everything we did this weekend easy.The house, itself, was is in a nice, historic section of town, and very updated and clean with great amenities like the screened-in porch for morning coffee, personal driveway, and good lighting.Interactions with the owner were pleasant and informative so that we could make the best of our weekend.Would definitely stay here again.

House is as advertised. Great home base for USC related activities. Walkable to Divine St businesses, including Divine Cinnamon Roll deli - best breakfast in Cola. We’ll be back.

This home was perfect for my daughter and me. It was in a beautiful neighborhood and was in close proximity to University of South Carolina, which was the whole reason we were there. The home had many nice amenities and felt very comfortable. I’ll be back, for sure.

The house was beautiful and the owner was very friendly. They contacted me 2 weeks out from my stay to check in with me and again 2 days before my stay to ensure our plans were still good.they stayed in contact and responded whenever needed. Outstanding host. The location was perfect. Blocks away from great restaurants and just minutes from shopping and Ft Jackson, which is why I was there. I would recommend this house to everyone.

Really our visit to this home- we liked it a lot. Everything inside and out was just right for our stay. The homeowner has found the perfect blend of the charming character of a historic home and lovely, beautifully done updates. The screened in porch was the perfect spot to relax at any hour of the day. The kitchen and bathroom are bright and clean, the living spaces were spacious and well furnished, including a living room and a den with a desk, couch, and additional tv. Some favorite details- the lamps, the classic (but new) white window shutters on each window, and the stringed lights on the screened porch. Bed was very comfortable. It was toasty outside but we were cool and comfy inside at all times. Grateful we could stay here!
