2 Mi to Lake Sammamish State Park! Modern Duplex

Beautiful space. Had a pet odor like maybe a dog peed in the house and had clumps of pet hair in the couch.

Location was very convenient to amenities in town. Our host liaison was extremely responsive to our questions and very accommodating to our requests. The layout was particularly welcoming for toddlers staying with us. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Very comfortable, nice, modern house. The office area was a great added touch to get some work done while we vacationed. We enjoyed our stay. Shopping and grocery stores situated close by, and the location is central to tourist attractions. We felt safe in the neighborhood and enjoyed the provided amenities from the hosts.

Our family of 5 greatly enjoyed our stay at this Issaquah retreat. It has all the basics and comfortable beds. The location is a short drive and easily accessible by car to Seattle, and the town of Issaquah has plenty of food options. The landscaping is lovely. The road is nearby, so there is road noise, but it is easy to ignore except for the rare sirens. Overall, I recommend booking this place!

perfect location

This house was the perfect stay for our family reunion in Issaquah. The layout was spacious, the beds comfortable, space was tidy, and the place was super baby friendly. We traveled with our toddler who loved the toys, books, and walker, not to mention for us parents - the high chair and baby proofed electric plugs. The kitchen was well-stocked with every type of dish and Tupperware. The only thing of note is the house sits next to a busy road, and traffic noise can reach your ears when in the bedrooms.

We came to visit my in laws. Two adults and two young adult children. We had keyless entry to a very spacious well appointed duplex with excellent amenities and comfortable beds. The home is a duplex stack and the resident below was extremely kind helpful management. The washer and dryer is incredible. The space very well modeled. The family room as seen spacious with the perfect movie night TV. The home is gated with a large parking lot that allowed three adult families to park and reunite for an early dinner. We were 20 m from downtown and went easily on a weekday to the pier and Pikes Place. We appreciated the perfect accommodation to make our stay and visit memorable successful and truly a breeze!

This house is clean and well stocked! It's close to all the things we needed and we had a great stay!

The cleanliness of the house was phenomenal. Home has all of the amenities and extra that you would need. I like the gate that locks up the property at night. There weren’t any issues so my communication with the home owner or manager was light, but the couple of texts were good. Really my only negative items was that the home was right along a highway so the road noise was louder the expected, not terrible though. And the living room furniture isn’t very comfortable, not great to sit on and watch a movie. But overall it’s a great place to stay.

My family of 5 had a comfortable stay in this elegant home. Issaquah was beautiful and perfect base to visit Seattle while being close to the gorgeous Snoqualmie area. We enjoyed the modern kitchen and the one level home was good for the grandparent. The house is located off a main road, but we got used to it and it’s very secure with its own private locked gate. The owner/management was very responsive to any questions. We have good memories of our weekend there.

We had an incredible stay at this beautiful clean property, truly enjoyed our family time and had plenty of room. Conveniently located close to downtown . Our host was most definitely a super host. Great communication and so nice to work with!!!
