< 2 Mi to Lake Havasu: Spacious Home w/ Patio!

Everyting Good

This is our 3rd time staying here and we love it. Its’s a chance to visit my sister and get the family together. The house is beautiful, spacious, clean and has everything you need. It is a very safe neighborhood and good privacy in the backyard. This will always be our go to place when we visit!

The layout of the home was fantastic. Big beautiful common area and kitchen. Two master bedroom suites which were roomy and had a luxury feel. Overall the house was perfect for a group of nine friends who get together once a year to reconnect and relax. The pool was lovely with lots of comfortable lounge seating.

Great stay!!

Our stay was fantastic! The house was spotless, cozy, and had everything we needed for a comfortable trip. The location was perfect and made it easy to get to Lake. The host ( jennifer) was so kind and responsive. The home also came with all the essentials for a fun day at the lake, which was a huge plus! Highly recommend this place and would love to return.

This property is gorgeous!! The house is spacious! Love the long kitchen island for games! The pool was great. The beds were comfy! The location was ideal!! We will definitely stay here again!!

The extras were amazing- including extra fridge space, ice maker, pool towels, washer/dryer, ping pong table and even a fully stocked spice cabinet! Downside was the construction site next door that started work at 5am. At least they provided foam earplugs.

This house was perfect for our group of 8. The 4 bedrooms were spread out so no one ever felt like they were on top of each other. The industrial size ice machine was a big plus. There were two full size fridges (1 in the kitchen and 1 in the garage) and 1 small beverage fridge behind the bar. Plenty of room to keep your drinks cold. We had a great stay and will definitely book this home again when visiting Havasu! Thank you for sharing your beautiful home!

We rented this house for the second year in a row. We were 4 adult siblings and our spouses. The spacious living room and fully stocked kitchen were great for group meals and entertainment, and we used the pool and ping-pong table every day. One of us loved to mix special cocktails, and that bar room off the living room was a real treat. Very quiet neighborhood, with very friendly people. We had perfect weather in March. We would definitely want to rent it again.

We really enjoyed the home, and Jen was very helpful with information. It has 2 exact master bedrooms with a private bathroom and shower and 2 bedrooms that had adjacent bathrooms. This was a big plus as we had three couples staying there. Everything we needed to cook was there with a well-appointed kitchen. The home was very clean and spacious with a big great room and kitchen area. Great quiet location with a view of Lake Havasu out the front. I would highly recommend this property! All of us indicated we would definitely indicated we would consider staying there again if we were in Lake Havasu.

We had an amazing stay. Such a wonderful home. Perfect for entertaining and enjoying with family. Plenty of room to hang out, lounge in the pool and enjoy meals around the enormous island. Home was well stocked and organized. We had everything we could possibly need. We will be back.

My family and I had the best time at Jennifer's home in Lake Havasu Everything was spot on We had zero issues Everything was beyond what we expected The beds were so comfortable The house was spotless and so inviting The kitchen is soooo Big and stocked with plenty of things you wouldn't think you'd need, coffee pods! An ICE MACHINE!! That was soooo helpful and just the tip of the iceberg My son loved the big bathtub so much and the views from the front porch are stunning especially at sunset They have plenty of pool toys The garage is ready for fun but probably during the winter as it was super hot so we couldn't really hang out to play ping pong The house is so much bigger then expected which was so nice We had an amazing time and can't wait to come back next year! The bar was awesome too, we aren't drinkers but still found this awesome The remarkable furniture and historical facts are just amazing as well, Thank you Jennifer!!

We visited Lake Havasu to see my sister and her family. This home is absolutely fabulous! The owners are very thoughtful with how well everything is designed. It was very clean, the kitchen is well stocked, the pool was beautiful, and the beds were so comfy. We had a great time playing ping pong, swimming, cooking with family, and just spending time together with the kids and grandparents. Priceless!

The Toro’s family house was perfect for our family. Jennifer was a great host and her house was beautiful. We will definitely will be staying here again!

I come to Lake Havasu evety summer and this has been the best house i have stayed in. The house was beautiful and in a great location.
