Stayed Jan 10, 2025We loved everything about this property. The location was where we wanted to be. The neighbors and neighborhood were quiet and friendly. The hosts were easy to contact and responded to a maintenance issue quickly. The beds were very comfortable. If you don’t sleep well then the vacation doesn’t go well. We slept very well. We wish we could have stayed longer and would definitely stay again.

Stayed Feb 1, 2024House is well equipped, good location and the beds are super comfortable - however, it is very dirty and not well maintained. There is loud construction noise in the back of the house. The contact is the cleaner and was not responsive to our cleaning issues.The floors and all surfaces were dirty. Cupboards are dirty and dishes needed to be cleaned. Bought cloth and cleaning supplies. Water was black from the floors. Rags were filthy from wiping. Every corner of the floor had dead bugs and dirt. The floor under the kitchen table has sticky black dirty areas. After expressing our concerns and sending pictures, they didn’t offer any help with the cleaning other than to reluctantly lend us a vacuum to clean it ourselves. The response said we were too late to get cleaning even though we still had 3 weeks left in the rental. It was apparent they had no interest in helping and would not give us back the cleaning fee. Maintenance: The house needs to be better maintained. Tub didn’t drain, bedroom doors didn’t close, drawers in the kitchen falling apart, furniture (kitchen chairs, bedroom chair) broken. Windows and patio doors are filthy and don’t open because the tracks are full of debris. Patio door handle broken and lower peg is insufficient to securely lock. Garage man-door lock doesn’t work properly and there is no overhead door clicker. Fireplace is broken. Bathroom fans don’t work. Beds & Spa hot tub are great. Wouldn't rent this one again due to poor maintenance.
