Host was responsive to our needs.

Our stay overalll was great, when we arrived pool was dirty and it appeared that sheets weren’t clean on master bed. I got in touch with our host and she was very quick with response and got things taken care of. House could use a few updates, extra towels, wash cloths,etc. A few more cups, plates, glasses would be useful. But overall location was great and we had a great time.

Very beautiful home!

The house was nice. Clean, and well kept. The kitchen was not well stocked to have meals completely. Had to buy a bigger pan to cook in. There is a griddle and grill on the gas stove. Was looking forward to using it. Very disappointed in the performance of the griddle. Never got up to temp. There were no cleaning brushes or tools to clean the griddle or the grill. The main bed in the master was just OK. It’s a foam mattress, but needs to be replaced, as it’s pretty worn out. But it was the more comfortable bed overall. The living room couch was nice and comfortable. The TV remotes were not very good. The two TV’s definitely need sound bars, due to the volume on the TV’s themselves is not good. The fans have remotes, but some of them were dead. The pool and outside area was very nice. The outdoor shower was great!Overall I would recommend this place. The town was really nice and it’s easy to get around in.

We really enjoyed our time at this rental, it had everything we needed and the location was close or within 10-15 minutes of where we wanted to go nearby. The pool was spacious, patio was comfortable and bright, kitchen was gorgeous, and the bedrooms were also spacious and comfortable.

This property worked perfectly for me and my family, the pool was very nice sized and even though I brought my own floaties there were some also provided. There were enough bath towels and pool towels for all 4 of us. Loved all of the aestheticness of the lights and decor. We were pretty centrally located to visit everything we wanted within 10-15 mins.

Very nice house in a nice neighborhood. We would stay there again.

The property was very clean and comfortable.

Perfect spot for a trip with two kids and the in laws. We were lucky enough to enjoy the pool during a heat wave in AZ. Loved having the big windows open at night.

The house was very clean. The property manager was excellent and brought us a new coffee pot at 9pm when ours was broken upon check-in. The house was in a good location, quiet neighborhood. The pool was not heated, but not warm enough to get in anyway. We enjoyed our first trip to Scottsdale and the house was great! Thank you!

Great house and location. House has everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Convenient to shopping and food stores. Would definitely rent this home again.

Layout was good and number of bathrooms worked well. Would have been nice to know it was charcoal grill instead of gas. Could use a few more kitchen items to cook with. Overall pleased with the house and its location.

The house was good, but it looks like we may have been the first renter they have had. It could’ve used more of the supplemental items usually seen in rental homes, such as wash rags, bars of soap, floor lamps in the bedroom and living room, a better supply of ice in the freezer, etc. It has a beautiful TV set-up with a very comfortable couch that seats multiple family members. It could use higher quality mattresses. Overall, a decent stay for the money. I think the owners will improve it over time with feedback such as mine.

The house was beautiful and very clean. This was exactly what we were looking for during our stay! 4th bathroom and washer/dryer were in a separate building by the pool but we ended up not using any of that. We had a wonderful weekend!

House interior is in excellent shape. Master bedroom would benefit from nightstand lamps (as an alternative to the ceiling hi-hats controlled only by wall switch). Was puzzled by the absence of any hangers (but that was easily remedied by a quick trip to the store).Pool was outstanding--large and totally private.We found the location very convenient with multiple highway options within five minutes' drive.All-in-all, extremely satisfied with our ten-day stay.
