Stayed Apr 4, 2025The accommodation was quite easy to find. Austin Avenue is a main thoroughfare, but very quiet in the evening. The property was exquisitely clean and un cluttered. Ample drawers, closets, comfy beds and pillows and ample towels and cloths. All of the necessary elements for a comfortable stay were with in easy reach. There are a couple of nice coffee shops and restaurants with in a 5 minute walk. The parking is ample, the property is well lit and feels quite safe.

Stayed Oct 10, 2024Very clean and well appointed. The unit is the first floor of a two story home. Nice layout with large rooms and everything you need for a comfortable stay. Close to Magnolia Market and downtown. We were never contacted by the property manager but there was really no need. W did receive a contact number. Overall a great stay and great property.

Stayed Sep 28, 2024Broken washer, hole in ceiling leaking water. Front door didn’t lock correctly should be repaired for safety. Soft beds only thing I liked about the place. Wouldn’t revise reservation though flights canceled from hurricane. had to pay for two nights only stayed one.

Stayed Nov 24, 2023Nice little house. Clean and welcoming. Many things appear to have been remodeled recently. Beds were too soft for my back, and I woke up sore each morning. My biggest issue with the house was the door knobs not working properly, and that could’ve gotten very ugly with a kid trapped in the bed room. The drive way is so steep, that the bumper on our 4x4 SUV would hit the pavement when entering and leaving the parking lot. Overall a decent experience. Would somewhat recommmend.

Stayed Apr 21, 2023This is a fantastic place to stay! Modern, spotless, comfortable, in a lovely neighborhood. Both bedrooms are large and the beds were so very comfortable. The kitchen and dining rooms are spacious and there is dinnerware/glasses/coffee mugs for 8. The only thing I would change is adding a shower mat as the floor is slippery.
