Our host checked in before, during, and after to be certain we had what we needed. House was just as described and gave all of us room to spread out during our long stay.

I booked this cabin at the beginning of 2025. My husband and I wanted to have plenty of room for our wedding party and ourselves. The greatest feature was the tiny house off to the side; we wanted privacy, too. This cabin offered everything we were looking for 3 full bathrooms in the house and one in the tiny house. It was perfect! The owner of the cabin is absolutely amazing! She was very helpful and was there when we had questions. The house is only minutes from downtown Gatlinburg, which is so convenient! I would rate our stay a 10 out of 10!

We are 3 generations of family that came down for a family vacation. The property was exceptionally clean. The fire pit was nice after a long day. The extra detached living space was perfect for the young couple with no children. Location was very convenient and quiet with lots of parking available. Actually the best part was the host who was very responsive and exceptionally friendly.

Booked a long weekend stay in Gatlinburg and couldn’t have been more pleased with our stay. Great location away from all the hustle and bustle of downtown Gatlinburg but still just a short drive to the main strip. The property has a huge yard that our dogs were able to enjoy along with a fire pit, and hot tub. House was very clean, spacious, with plenty of bedrooms and the attached living area was perfect for us to all hang out and relax. Owner was very responsive and checked in with us throughout our stay to ensure everything was perfect. Would recommend this rental to anyone traveling to Gatlinburg!

Great location! The house is very close to Gatlinburg and its many attractions, restaurants, an ice cream Parlor, and a nice grocery store, etc. The yard is huge and lovely with a small bubbling creek with a cute little bridge, a nice fire pit, a covered pavilion with party lights, picnic tables, a ping-pong table, corn hole game, an ice chest, a grill, and a nice hot tub nearby. The house isn’t as large as it sounds like it would be but it does have 4 queen beds downstairs with two full baths, and two twin beds upstairs with a nice little deck off of it.There’s a small bonus house that has a queen bed, a bathroom, and a pool table with a table and chairs set. Plenty of tvs, one in front of every bed, and in the living room. There’s a pack n play and a high chair for small ones. The host and her son are as nice as can be, and very attentive to helping with anything that you might need during your stay. A couple of notes; the steps going upstairs are a little steep in case it matters, and the hot tub takes a while to warm up so just turn it on when you get there. It works very well, that was just an observation. Also, some of the beds are a little squeaky. I’d read that before in some notes but I needed a lot of beds for my family and this filled the need. Also, if needed, you could remove the back cushions from the sofa for a twin sized sleep area. These houses will sleep 5 couples, and 3 singles if you count the couch. Again, you won’t find a nicer host.

What a beautiful property! Our whole family came here to celebrate Easter. We were welcomed with and easter basket of goodies! There was plenty of space for everyone. Our teen nieces enjoyed the loft space with their own porch, chairs, tv and AC. We made a lot of use of the pool table, hot tub and fire pit. Great location! Close to everything yet still get that up in the mountains feeling. Thank you for the space to create family memories!

The home was very clean, the bedroom space including the bathrooms was great. The kitchen was updated and had everything we needed. The adjacent open field was a nice bonus. In reading past reviews there have been ongoing complaints for a year about the beds being noisy. This problem has not been fixed. The beds are so squeaky if someone moves in the bed on one side of the house the person at the other end can hear it. Issues not related to property management but definitely kept me from giving a 5 star review:The front porch is about 15 ft from the road and it is a busy road with cars going much faster than the speed limit. While the bedroom space is great the family room area is small and the ceilings in the house were very low. Neighborhood dogs barked all night.

Nice over sized flat lot next to house for the kids to explore and run around. Nice fire pit to relax around in evenings. Easy to get too and closed to Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. Grocery store 5 minutes away. Close to many restaurants in area. Crafters loop is also near by with many small businesses that sell handmade items. Property has nice loft for sleeping children with 2 beds. Every room had a tv. Nice setup and large kitchen area. We will be back!!

We celebrated Christmas here with family. It was very clean & had a lot of helpful amenities like plenty of pots & pans & utensils for cooking Christmas dinner, a pack n play & high chair for the baby & a tv in every room. A couple of downsides: not enough comfortable seating in the common room-so don’t expect to be watching movies together; also we couldn’t get the tub plug to work, so bathing baby was hard; walls are very thin, very noise Carrying; hot water heater sometimes couldn’t keep up with 8 adults; one of the pool sticks was broken & the curtains in the window did not cover it so not much privacy there. Overall I would stay there again though. It was pretty nice.

Was a great property lots of room for our large group of 11. Only complaint is the living room furniture is very uncomfortable and only seats 5. So we couldn't use it much. Also needs are super squeaky if you are a light sleep. Outdoor space was wonder for out group. Love the big years.

The house is beautiful, plenty of room for 12 people. The hot tub was awesome! The location of the house was awesome! The only thing that we didn’t like, was there was no place to put our clothes, and you needed some more hooks for the bathroom to put towels. Our biggest problem was that every bed in the house squeaked so loud that the other people in the other bedrooms, could hear when you rolled over in bed. Other than them two problems, we love the house and more than likely will be renting it again.

Overall the property was great! There were just a few things that I wish were different. Hand towels in the kitchen Squeaky beds More toiletries (bigger bottles) The bathroom light wouldn't shut off The mattress in the master bedroom and guest house was terrible Overall it was a great stay!

We had the best time at this cabin! The kids had a blast running around the property and playing inside the living room. Us adults enjoyed playing pull and using the hot tub. We meant to play corn bowl but just never got around to it. There was plenty) of space for everyone and their kids. One day driving home we even saw three bears not far from the cabin and we could tell the bears were out exploring around our cabin! So much fun! Definitely recommend this space for your next family mountain adventure!
