Close to City & Mountains w/ Hot Tub in Denver

Our stay was fantastic! We enjoyed the location close to downtown and close to other outdoor activities. The house was very clean and well stoked with consumables. Our dogs enjoyed the back yard and the hot tub was great. Highly recommended!

Everything was very comfortable. The host is a good communicator.

We had a great time staying at this house. It is very comfortable and Phil is an excellent host. The kitchen is well stocked with everything we needed to prepare and cook meals at home. We would be happy to stay here again.

The property was amazing. We met the owner upon arrival. He is very friendly and lets you know some ins and outs of tge home. He stays in a seperate property behind the home. You don't see him during your stay. But it is good to know he is near if you need help with anything. The home is fantastic. Wonderful location. We walked to starbucks and drank coffee by Sloan lake. I felt safe. It is near a main roadway but the owner supplies ear plugs, should you need them. It was a lovely home and i would definitely stay again. We traveled with my infant grandson and there was a pack and play as well as a high chair, which wa sa HUGE help! We loved this home and I definitely recommend it to anyone else looking to stay in Denver.

Our family enjoyed the amenities available to us such as the comfortable outdoor space, the relaxing hot tub, the outdoor TV, and the well-appointed kitchen and dining area.We really enjoyed our stay and look forward to our next time!

We had a great time! The owner was very helpful when we needed to check in early. He met us there to show us how to run hot tub etc. We needed more propane for the grill one night and he got us a new one asap. Very cute house and very helpful. Will be staying again as we come to Denver often!

Great location for a Red Rocks getaway. Walking distance to Sloan's lake and great breweries and restaurants.

Clean and professionally maintained property. Solid value. Good location near Sloan’s Lake Park. Clear communication from owner. Property is well equipped to handle a heatwave; quick and dynamic cooling capabilities buoyed our stay when triple-digit temperatures hit. Recommend.

Lovely older home, super comfortable, conveniently located for our needs

Clean, quite, comfortable house. We made ourselves right at home. Host very friendly and helpful. We came to see a 3-day concert at the Ball Arena. Staying here made it super easy to get there. Stores easy to get to. Nice parks all around. We even enjoyed them in the snow!

This property is exactly as advertised. Clean and safe. Close to Sloan Lake for morning exercise, it’s immediately adjacent to Sheridan Ave but soundproofed so that we barely heard any traffic inside. One hiccup the first day (frozen hot water lines) and Phillip was literally there within minutes to remedy the issue. Highly responsive management, I recommend.

I must say my stay in Denver was very nice. If I had a simple request the owner was very prompt and on top of it. He was also very resourceful when it came to finding where to ski or tube and even knew the great restaurants that were in the area. I would highly recommend! The hot tub was nice and clean and also had everything needed in the kitchen. If I go back to Denver I would stay again!

Overall great stay

We stayed for 3 nights and had a great time! Phil was super kind and helpful, the house is near an incredible coffee place, and easy access to downtown Denver. The house was the best stocked I've ever seen in a rental and the backyard was magical at night! Highly recommend!

This house was perfect for my group for the size and how close everything was! I also really loved how there were labels everywhere to know where things were. Phil also had great communication when we had to stay a little later because of a snow storm. We also loved the hot tub!

This property was very nice. Well furnished, decorated, clean and the owner was great. The only downside is that it is located next to a very busy street which made it noisy in the backyard or if you had the windows open. A nice park in walking distance and a good central location for many of the downtown attractions. I would stay at this property again.

Our recent stay at this property was nothing short of perfect, especially given that we were in town for a wedding. The location was ideal—conveniently close to the wedding venue and great breakfast places nearby! We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area for a special event or just for a relaxing getaway. We’ll definitely be back!

Excellent stay everything we needed and more!

This is a true VRBO. A lovely home, well cared for by the owner who lives behind the house, comfortable and with everything you need to enjoy your time there. The beds... ALL of them were super comfortable. The couches and seating are abundant and make it easy to enjoy an evening on the private patio or a night with popcorn on the couch. It's central location made it easy to get into town. It was everything we were hoping for.

I read the reviews quite extensively before booking this trip and was EVEN MORE impressed with the level of detail this house had! Our stay had many of the essentials already in the home and made a week long stay absolutely enjoyable! The street noise in one of the bedrooms is a little noisy; HOWEVER, the property manager leaves ear plugs knowing this! If you use those…you’ll not hear a thing! The backyard is AMAZING for a morning coffee, happy hour cocktail, or just enjoying your family and friends! I would absolutely come back to stay if in town again!

Just spent 5 nights visiting my son, property was exactly as advertised! Very clean and well maintained, beds are very comfortable. Backyard space was cozy with hot tub, seating area TV and BBQ. House had everything we needed to enjoy cooking meals together. Phillip was a great host, will defintely stay again. Thank You, Judy & Jesse
