Great communication with the host, house had all we needed for a great stay, well stocked and very clean. Beautiful outdoor area and we enjoyed the game room.

Great weather, great time

We were in town for my daughter’s soccer tournament and this home was a great central location for having access to entertainment and being only 15 minutes from the fields. Home is in a nice and quiet neighborhood. It is also very close to a Walmart, which was convenient for grabbing things to make a meal at the house. Kitchen was well-stocked with spices and all the things needed for cooking. Bathrooms also had lotion, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, q-tips, and plenty of towels. Home was well-furnished and clean. Kids enjoyed the game room and having breakfast in the back yard while listening to the waterfall and watching ducks swim in the ponds. Highly recommend as a place for families to stay!

The bedrooms rooms were all good size and had dressers to put your clothes in. Beds were very comfortable with lots of pillows. Loved the large sectional for watching tv in the evenings and we were able to relax on the patio with the great water view. Kitchen was well equipped and they had lots of games and of course the game room kept the kids occupied Thank you for sharing your home with us and getting back to us so quickly when we had questions!!

This is amazing house to welcome you and feel like in a vacation. The kids enjoyed the game room. And the backyard was very beautiful. I would like to give plus points here for the amenities, this house has more than what you require. Lots of utensils, double hair dryer, and an extra restroom near the laundry with huge sink for cleaning any dirty stuff you got. The driveway was huge to accommodate two cars, but if you are visiting in hot weather I would have like to have access of garage to keep the car inside. Besides this everything is perfect.

Perfect location for a golf vacation. Plenty of beautiful golf courses minutes away. House was clean and well maintained. Scenic back patio with water feature.

Our family enjoyed our stay here. It was a great central location for all the activities we planned. The well-stocked kitchen, bathrooms, and laundry room were appreciated. Three things we wish we'd known prior to booking: the community center has a strict limit on # of guests able to use it at the same time; the community pool was unmaintained (dirty) & unheated during our stay. (Our understanding is that the community is working on the strict rules); and we were surprised by a large ground maintenance crew mid-week, which surrounded the house with 5 high powered gas blowers. We were unable to be outside or sleep inside during the time they were there because there was so much dust and debris and the blowers were insanely loud. This may or may not be something the host has control over, but it is something that should be noted in the home information. Otherwise, we really appreciated the thorough welcome packet provided and felt that the host was really easy to work and communicate with. My whole family also loved the game room and it was what drew us to book this listing in the first place! Wonderful stay overall and would recommend it.

We really enjoyed this renovated home. It was perfect for our group of 6 adults. The back porch water mini ponds with water falls was very relaxing. This is a smart home and took a little getting used to for us senior adults. There a little issue when we arrived and the host George was great and took care of it immediately. I would highly recommend this home and great communication with the host .

The patio was the best part of the stay being outside with beautiful views. Beds were comfortable.
