Stayed Sep 26, 2024This house was exactly as described. It was beautiful, full of character and very clean. Robert was very responsive and accommodating. The neighborhood was cute, we felt safe and close to several restaurants that were great. A quick Uber ride to Broadway, SoBro and The Gulch. We would definitely stay here again!!

Stayed Aug 22, 2024Had a blast visiting Nashville and Graceland for our 40th Anniversary. Our daughters and their spouses joined us, and there was plenty of room and then some. House is wonderful! Owners were easy to communicate with. Everything was close by and easy to get to. We would definitely book this house again! Thank you!

Stayed Jun 28, 2024Our main purpose for visiting was for a concert at Nissan stadium. This place was in the perfect location to avoid all the “red” in traffic! We parked in lot F and was able to dodge all the busy traffic and have a pretty easy walk to the stadium! The home was clean and exactly as described (minus the cold soak). Check in and out was very easy and hosts were good with communication. We loved how all bedrooms were on the same floor with everything else on top and main floor. It was a very quiet area while we were there with not a lot of traffic in the neighborhood. The beds were decent and the pillows were comfortable. There were plenty of supplies available in kitchen and bathrooms. The string lights on top patio need to be replaced (only a few bulbs worked). We parked in the space in the back which was great to not have to park on the road. Overall, we loved it and would stay again!!
