Stayed Apr 26, 2025The house was fantastic, has everything you would need. Very clean and comfortable. Clear instructions in the house manual so you know when the garbage is being collected, saying that, I put recycling bin out and it wasn't collected the first time so not sure if I was perhaps a couple of minutes late putting bin out. The location of the property is great, we went everywhere by UBER and spent a day at Clearwater Beach which is about 40 mins drive away. There are good restaurants just 5 minutes drive away. The pool is super clean and a good size. It was lovely to be able to sit out at night without the risk of getting bitten by bugs. It is well screened. TV's are in all bedrooms and worked great. Bathroom in the master bedroom is fabulous, huge walk in closet with lots of clothes hangers. Plenty of towels for everyone and there is a washer and dryer which is great as you can return home with clean clothes. Would highly recommend this house. I would definitely book again. The street the house is on is super quiet too which is nice, no vehicle noise at all.

Stayed Mar 31, 2025We needed to stay in Tampa for a few weeks for surgery and follow up care at Moffitt Cancer Center. The property was perfect for us. The extended family had plenty of room, the accommodations were very comfortable, and the location was perfectly close to the McKinley hospital.Celenia, our host, was super helpful and kind. She couldn't have been more wonderful.

The spacious high ceilings, mid century modern vibe, game room, cozy and generous bedrooms, amazing master bath, and the kids throughly enjoyed the pool. Staying in such a lovely home truly added to the enjoyment of our busy long weekend for a family wedding. The property manager Celenia is very helpful and responsive too! Conveniently located a short distance from the Tampa river walk and the wharf for family fun! Highly recommend!

Stayed Sep 19, 2024We were visiting for a wedding and had a wonderful time. Hosts were great and our kids loved cooling off in the pool. We loved the neighborhood, being close to amenities and the Hillsborough River. Great spot!
