Stayed Jan 30, 2026The house was very clean and nice. The rooms were very spacious and everything well appointed and decorated. We had a wonderful stay at the house and would definitely stay there again.

Stayed Jul 17, 2025The house itself is very nice. The neighborhood is run down but we had no problems and the neighbors were friendly. The property management company is not easy to deal with and they are rude. We had 10 people registered for 5 days. The property management left 1 roll of toilet paper for each bathroom. When we ran low I contacted them to ask for more. They told me to buy more if it would make my stay more comfortable. The pool was not cleaned or treated the entire time we were there. By the end of our stay we were not able to swim in it as it was green. The outdoor area by the pool is awesome! They need to have a few more chairs but we did have a large group. There are only 5 chairs at the kitchen table so eating a meal together was difficult.

Stayed May 13, 2025We really enjoyed outstay at this home with the beach vibes. This furniture, beds, mattresses, linens and cabinetry all new and not cheap versions. The screened in pool was a fun plus, even just to sit on the steps. With 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms it is a great place for family or friends.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969There were seven of us, five adults and two children, scrabble was the game of choice. My wife liked al the signage in the house. The four bedrooms and three bathrooms made it very comfortable, we had no issues whatsoever and would wholeheartedly recommend this house for anyone staying in the Apollo Beach or Ruskin area. Everything from Tampa to St Petersburg is an easy trip. The house was very clean.

Stayed Oct 1, 2023The house was absolutely the cleanest…..only recommendation would be toilet paper holders in the bathrooms, bedside tables and lamps. All lights in all rooms were overhead only with fans. Being such a clean environment trumped all. Thank you.

Stayed Sep 14, 2023My stay wasn’t bad it started off a little rough with cleaning supplies still left out from the cleaning crew and lots of dead bugs on the window ledge and the floor and the bathroom tub wasn’t clean as well but once we cleaned it up and got settled in we had a great time over all… the pool can use some chlorine to it so ppl can feel comfortable knowing it’s clean and also a few hot spots is all 30+ minutes away but over all the house turned out nice and my guest that came with me enjoyed their self’s as well. Thank you for allow us to stay in your home.
