Stayed May 22, 2025This property was very nice, the pool & jacuzzi were amazing.Also the location was perfect, right down the street from downtown & about a 5 minute drive to the lake. The property owners also made it very easy to both check in & out. Amazing experience.

Stayed May 9, 2024Came to see my son, DIL and grandson with a friend. It was the most perfect, comfortable, cozy home. Absolutely loved it!!

Stayed Nov 7, 2023Great house, very tidy. Beds were comfortable, close to Lake Havasu Golf Course where we were playing a tournament. The only blemish on our stay is that we could not get into the house until 4 hours after our check in. The lockbox code I was promised never arrived via email or text. I called Debbie, the contact person I was told to reach out to if I had any problems, to ask her about the code. Three phone calls, an email, and a text-I was never able to reach her. I finally called Evolve's customer service line. I was on hold for 45 minutes before I was able to speak to a live human being. Thankfully, they were able to reach the home owner and get the code. I never did hear anything from Debbie. As I said, fantastic house, but I do suggest you follow up to ensure you receive the code in a timely manner.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969We loved our stay in Lake Havasu! The home was perfect for our little family getaway. We loved the pool and all the games that were available. The house had everything we needed. We would definitely stay again if we get the opportunity to visit Havasu again!

Stayed Sep 22, 2022The property was perfect, went with our adult sons and their wife’s. Cooked breakfast at the property, then spent the days on the lake followed by enjoying the pool and BBQ….. Will definitely be back.
