2 Mi to Beach: Home w/ Screened Porch in Largo

Clean and beautiful house! Very comfortable layout and comfortable beds. Family friendly neighborhood - close to stores etc. Host was responsive when we needed help.

The house is gorgeous! Had a fully stocked kitchen, good furniture, great location.There was 8 of us staying, we all felt very comfortable, the layout of the house was perfect for the group.I would stay here again because the property was so beautiful.Only thing that would keep me from booking again, is communication with the property manager. I messaged while booking in Vrbo about if I had two additional guests to fill the ten if that would be an issue or difference in price, never heard back. I emailed the day of asking if I could check in 15 minutes early as my gps had put me in the area a little earlier, I had also asked about a slightly later check out for our end date.. no reply. I was 5 minutes from the property when I gave a call just to be courteous as it’s not my property, and she sounded like the call was an inconvenience. I did not even bother to ask about the late check out.

Clean and very pretty. Floor in living room buckled and wasn’t properly stocked with tissue and amenities. Also not enough towels for 10 people. Responsive upon requests. Driveway did not fit 4 cars. I felt like we parked in the neighbors spots. Overall, experience was good. I would recommend for families.

We were impressed with the interior and the fact it had four bedrooms and two baths. Screened in porch to avoid mosquitoes. Plents of towels and cooking materials. Hi tech fan controls for bedrooms. If i was planing another trip to that area I would select this one.

Great location, clean and comfortable!

Very cute, lots of space including patio and outdoor seating. Close drive to the beach. Perfect for the family and good value.

The house was in the older part of area. Nicely done on the interior, very friendly set up. 4 bedrooms, 3 with queen beds. The fourth had a twin split. Laundry room was up to date. All rooms had TV's and the BBQ worked very well.

Everything as expected

Fine, lovely place. Had a little difficulty with the lock occasionally, and parking is very limited (profile says 4 vehicles in driveway?! barely room for one), but we enjoyed our stay.

Contacting the company that manages the property was very easy. Location was close to the beach and other cute towns nearby like St. Pete and Dunedin.

Everything was great. House looks small on outside but really roomy inside. Host was attentive and the place was clean. Convenient location to shopping, restaurants, and the beach without the beach pricing.

This property was fantastic. We use VRBO often for our family of 6, and this is the first time I really have nothing critical to say. Before the visit I was worried about the mattresses, as some of the reviews highlighted them as being uncomfortable. I reached out to the property manager, who immediately reached out to the owner. When we arrived we were amazed to find that all of them had been either replaced or had comfy foam toppers on them. The master bed was a dream! The house was spotless. Not one crumb, not one bug. SO many extra towels and really nice and comfy blankets (sometimes in that part of Florida we’ve been freezing cold all night with very thin comforters and no extra blankets). There’s also beach towels to use as well as some beach accessories such as a big cooler. Shampoo in each shower. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. My daughter and I went running and felt totally safe. There are beaches 10 minutes away and gorgeous inlet a half-mile away at a nature park. The weather ruined our Clearwater plans and we ended up spending much of our time in Orlando and Tampa, but we did not regret this rental. It was so nice to sit in the screened in porch while it was raining, and we really felt like we were more comfortable there than we would have been anywhere else. Highly recommend!

The house was a good fit for our needs and in a good location. Our only complaint would be that it seemed like the air wasn't working and the house was getting hot. Overall, we were very pleased with our stay.

Very solid stay. The home works well for a family and the backyard was good for the dogs. Well appointed kitchen and the home was clean.A few things of note: - beds weren't the most comfortable- back screened in porch could use a deep cleanOverall a solid stay and would book again!

Very clean and nice property overall. Loved the fire pit! Only complaint would be the beds. The bed I slept in caved in in the center. Didn’t get much rest while visiting.

Great lil house. Very cute in a nice neighborhood. Definitely would go back. The bottom bunk bed and back bedroom could use better mattresses bur really nice house

The property was clean and exactly how it was described. It’s in an older neighborhood just a short sprint from the beaches. The home has been renovated and was very comfortable for my family.

We had a wonderful stay and really enjoyed the beach close location plus beach equipment to use/ the house decor was lovely and the sunroom a bonus! Perfect for our family getaway !

The house was very clean and well stocked. The yard and outside amenities were not as clean or nice as photos showed, but everything else was great. Nice neighborhood location, and close to beaches, aquarium, shopping and restaurants.
