Welcome to Seascape, a beautiful beach-house (family-friendly) designed to be your escape from the stresses of everyday life! This beautifully furnished home was custom built in 2016. With its open floor plan, 4 bedrooms (including 2 master suites!), and 3.5 bathrooms, it can comfortably accommodate up to 11 guests! Plus, it’s less than a 2 minute walk from the miles of sugar-white sands and crystal-blue waters the Emerald coast is famous for!

This 2-story home sits in Bid-a-Wee, a laid-back coastal community in Panama City Beach, Florida. With a half mile of undeveloped, private beach frontage, Bid-A-Wee offers gated beach entrances only accessible by residents and guests of the neighborhood. This restricted access eliminates over-crowding and creates a more peaceful and tranquil setting. Boardwalks and benches allow you to enjoy the pristine sand dunes, undeveloped beach front, crystal blue water, and beautiful sunsets. This vacation home is perfectly located to enjoy the many attractions and night life of PCB, 30A's quaint restaurants and shops, as well as Pier Park, Panama City Beach’s premier shopping and entertainment destination (less than 2 miles away).

Sleeping arrangements include 4 bedrooms; 2 of which are large separate master suites with king beds and private baths. The 3rd bedroom offers a queen bunk with XL twin bed on top. And the 4th is a bunk room great for the kids, with double twin bunks. All rooms are beautifully furnished and have top of the line mattresses and TVs. This layout makes it perfectly suited for multiple families looking to share a vacation rental.

The main living space features plenty of comfortable seating with a large sectional and sitting nook; while the fully equipped kitchen offers lots of dinnerware, cooking equipment, and prep space for an extended stay. A large island provides additional work and dining space. French doors in the dining room lead to a beautiful outdoor area.

The home’s gorgeous interior is well balanced by its inviting outdoor space with a large patio, 2 picnic tables, umbrellas, gazebo, and a gas grill; all illuminated by strung, Italian-style lighting. Plus, there’s an outdoor shower, with hot and cold water, to rinse off after a day in the sand. The charming exterior finishes are classic “Old Florida” coastal architecture with painted lap and shingle siding, metal roofing, half round gutters, operating shutters, and a flower box by the front entrance.

**A gas grill is provided for you to use. You are responsible to clean the grill after use. Our cleaning staff does not clean the grill. If it is not cleaned and the housekeeper has to clean it, you will be charged $60 via the resolution center. See house info for cleaning details.

We are the perfect location for those traveling to this area for sport, concert and festival events.

IMPORTANT HOUSE RULES

You must completely read these house rules and give the key phrases before a reservation will be agreed to.

-MINIMUM AGE TO BOOK IS 25 YEARS OLD. We do not rent to vacationing singles under the age of 25 unless accompanied by an adult guardian/parent. Any reservation obtained under false pretense will be an automatic eviction and forfeiture of all monies paid. The booking guest will be required to show a valid state issued I.D. prior to booking.

The guest who books the house is responsible for the behavior of ALL guests in the house. It is the responsibility of the guest booking the reservation to share a copy of these rules with all the guests in the house. We expect all guest to be responsible and treat the house with respect. As the person making the reservation, you are responsible for any damages to the property, regardless of who makes them. This is not a frat house. House parties with excessive drinking and disorderly conduct are not acceptable and will be grounds for immediate eviction without refund. There will be an additional cleaning fee charge, minimum $300, if any vomit, urine, or bodily fluids are found inside or outside of the house.

**ADDITIONAL GUEST**

ONLY guests in the booking party are allowed in the house or on the property. We do make exceptions so please just contact us and let us know.


OUR NEIGHBORHOOD
Please remember that Bid-a-Wee is a quiet, family neighborhood. People live all around us, and we respect their right to peace and privacy. Our outdoor space is a wonderful place to gather for laughing together and listening to music but please remember to keep the noise down to a reasonable level between the hours of 10 p.m.-7 a.m. to not disturb our neighbors.

If police are called because of disturbances in the house or noise levels, it will be grounds for immediate eviction with no refunds.

Music with explicit lyrics is not allowed outside of the home. Please take it indoors.

SMOKING/ILLEGAL SUBSTANCE POLICY
Smoking or vaping is not allowed within 10 feet of any doors or windows. Make sure you clean up after yourself as ashtrays are not provided. You will be charged an extra cleaning fee of $400 if there is evidence of smoking found inside our home. Examples are cigarette butt remains, any burn damage, or smoke smell in the house.
Do not empty ashes or butts into the indoor garbage. Ashes and butts may be emptied in the outdoor trash bins (on the side of the house).

No illegal substances or criminal activity allowed on the property. Illegal activity will be IMMEDIATE eviction with no refunds. Make sure to mention, the ocean is calling, when you request a reservation, so that we know you have read the rule :)

**NO PETS/ANIMALS ALLOWED**

Due to allergies, we are not able to have any animals (dogs, cats, etc.) in our home. You will be held responsible for ANY and ALL damages caused by animals you bring into the home with or without our knowledge whether they be 2-legged, 4-legged or 0-legged, furry, feathery or scaly.

MESSES
Do not attempt to clean up any liquid with the vacuum cleaner. You will be responsible for the replacement of the vacuum cleaner.

Any items (including clothing and towels) that have sand on them are to be rinsed off or shaken out to remove sand prior to entering the house. There is an outdoor shower conveniently located at the back of the house for the guests to use. Also, each person must rinse off prior to entering the home after coming back from the beach.
Guest must shower and make sure all sunscreen and/or sun tan oil and lotion is removed from the body before getting on any furniture/beds in house. Please DO NOT sit on any furniture/beds with wet bathing suits/clothing! Any damage to any fabrics will result being charge for the cleaning fee or replacement of damaged items.

FURNITURE
Indoor furniture is not allowed to be taken outdoors. You will be responsible for any damages that occur if this happens.

OUTDOOR CAMERAS
We do have 2 outdoor cameras for security and your safety. These are NOT to be tampered with in any way. Disabling the outside security cameras will result in immediate eviction with no refund. If the devices stop working, we will come by to remedy the situation and get them back online. If they have been deliberately disabled, the group will be evicted with no refunds. Also mention this, Seas the day.

PARKING
We have a shared driveway with the home to our right. You can park on the left side ONLY of the driveway. Do not park on the right side for any reason. You can also park in front of the house on the concrete pad and on the rocks by the road. Do not park on the road - there is no road parking allowed. With the side driveway (left side only), the concrete pad, and the rocks, you will have enough space for 4 vehicles.


RIGHT TO ENTER
Host has the right to inspect the home at any time for any purpose, including but not limited to: repairs, maintenance, inspections, verification of guest status, monitoring of proper use of the home, improvements to the home, enforcing the terms of this agreement, attending to an emergency, or any other reason whatsoever. Host will provide 1 hour notice to guests by phone, email, or text; except in case of emergency where no notice is required.

Please share the Rules of the House with the other guests so everyone is aware. As the person making the reservation, you are responsible if there are any damages to the property, regardless of who makes them.

    Words are not enough to describe this home away from home! From the moment we stepped inside I knew this would be the only place we would want to stay every time we come to PCB! This home is immaculate and well maintained. Everything works as it should, the entire house is spotless yet so very welcoming, and she provides so many of the “little” things you don’t think about needing when you plan a vacation. You can definitely tell that Sybil goes above and beyond to care for her guests, she under promises and over delivers on every aspect! We had zero issues during our stay but I am certain that if we did, they would have been addressed immediately. We love it here so much that I just submitted a booking for our next trip!

    We loved our stay. Sybil was amazing and answered all of our questions very promptly. The house was exactly as described and was very nice/clean. We appreciated the extra beach chairs provided. The back patio was very pleasant and we did use the grill one evening. The location was perfect. Just a short 1 minute walk to the beach and very convenient drive to anything we needed.

    This property was perfect in every way you could imagine! We are very particular about cleanliness and attention to detail and Sybil exceeded all expectations. Perfect location, 2 minute walk to a perfect private beach and it was very quiet both inside the house and the whole neighborhood. It’s an excellent walking neighborhood and an easy drive to everything you would need. The back yard space was beautiful and so relaxing both early morning and evening. I wouldn’t change a thing and we will be back for another visit. We didn’t want to leave…thank you Sybil.

    The house is beautiful and has a nice area outside to hang out with family at the fire pit or at a nice table. We were a short walk from the beach. The host was very responsive, checked in on us multiple times to see if we needed anything or recommendations for attractions. The house was so well equipped with spices, crockpot, pans, laundry detergent, beach wagon, beach chairs, and other items that we were able to make banana bread without purchasing items from the grocery store. This is an AMAZING house!

    This Beach House is even more beautiful than it was in the pictures we saw on the website. It takes only 8 minutes to walk to the beach. It was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. The patio was also very nice. It has a gas grill and a fire pit. It comes with plenty of beach chairs and umbrellas for you to use. The owner was very nice and checked to see if we needed anything every day. We really enjoyed our stay !

    This place has absolutely everything you could need with a vacation house, or even your own house!! It was stocked with everything possible for the kitchen, beach, and outdoor activities. Sybil was so nice and helpful, and I would 10,000% stay here again!! Everything was so clean and functioned properly, and it had anything you could have forgotten! It was an amazing weekend with our friends.

    In the words of my 3 year old this trip was Fan-Tabulous (some combination of fantastic and fabulous). Sybil was amazing and literally thought of everything, i could have left half the stuff I packed at home! From beach chairs to kitchen supplies this house had it all! We had kids from all ages 18 to 3 and they all enjoyed the location and amenities this house had to offer. Such a short walk to the beach and after visiting other areas on Panama Beach we were definitely in the best spot, so private and not crowded! everyone had a front row seat to the ocean even on the busiest day! So clean and comfortable we will be back !

    I’ve stayed at a few VRBO’s in the area and this one was hands down the most comfortable and clean! We felt very at home when we first walked in. The house was very well stocked even with basic cooking spices and storage containers. Towels and bedding very soft. And the walk to the beach was so easy and quick. When we weren’t on the beach we loved hanging out on the beautiful patio. Can’t say enough good things about this house and the host Cybil was so sweet and very communicative eased my anxiety of traveling to an unknown house with the experiences we’ve had in the past. Highly recommend!
