Stayed Jun 19, 2023All 8 of us, along with our spouses, wanted a week in Nashville to take in the town. The houses were absolutely perfect. Every time we needed something, I would text and they would reply within seconds. And, every time we needed something, it was already there and they simply pointed it out. They were amazing.

Stayed May 7, 2023We traveled to Nashville to celebrate my 50th Birthday. We had 19 people and these properties were perfect for our group! Each house has 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. The house was well stocked with the essentials needed. It was such a nice touch that shampoo, conditioner and body wash was supplied in each bathroom. The Downtown honky tonks were only a short 8-10 minute Uber drive away. We never had to contact the landlord, everything was great!! We would definitely stay again!

Stayed Mar 7, 2023Loved this location and all it included. The two units were perfect to have a full unit for guys and a full unit for girls. It was clean and spacious. The garage/parking situation was also very helpful!

Stayed Dec 30, 2022This listing was perfect for our group! I appreciated the amount of dishwashing liquid and toilet paper supplied. In addition, John was extremely responsive and helpful with any questions I had. We will definitely book with him in the future!

Stayed Dec 8, 2022This is a very nice property that can sleep even more than what we brought. We all had our own bathrooms and the property was in a great location near anything you would want downtown.

Stayed Dec 2, 2022We had a great first trip to Nashville with our friends and family. The host was very responsive to a couple of issues that came up - we initially had trouble with door locks and opening one of the units. The host was able to reset the locks and get us in quickly. After the first night we noticed the heat was not working on the lower levels of one of the units, and the host set up a tech to visit the same day to address it. We were able to find and easily fix the issue. We know that things like this can happen, but the important thing is that the host was responsive and took the right measures to address the issues. We hope to return next year with another group. We would rebook at this same location as it was very accessible to downtown (10 minute drive).

Stayed Aug 8, 2022Thoroughly enjoyed the property. We had our leadership team meeting and it worked out very well. Great access to restaurants in the area and the rooms were good size for individuals in both houses. One house had not been cleaned when we arrived, however it was easy to get in touch with owner who rectified quickly.
