House had ample space for our group of 5 adults. It has been nicely updated. Beds are low to the ground, can be challenging for older guests.

Had problems with the internet connection and was not able to watch a lot of tv. Had a problem with ants but the Homeowners came right over and took care of it,

My family and I really enjoyed our time at this lovely, well equipped home for the 2nd time. We could not have asked for a better place and a better family to allow us to stay. We plan to book again

The location is wonderful, close to all the places we needed to go.The house was plenty big for all of us plus our family that came to visit. We loved the pool table downstairs, spent plenty of time down there.The cleanliness was so-so, lot's of cobwebs inside and the patio wasn't cleaned prior to our 11 day stay.The lighting outside in the backyard was poor, only one light actually worked.The master suite was the most uncomfortable bed in the house, sagging mattress and the metal frame squeaked with every little move. The master bath has very poor lighting. Very little water pressure in the showers. I was shocked that the closest had cheap wire hangers, definately expected more for paying 234/night. I had to have my mom bring me more as well. There was plenty of item's to use when our Granddaughter was visiting, that was nice. Overall, just a mediocre place if you're looking for comfort, this is not your place. I laid on all 4 beds, and all our guests agreed that the matresses weren't very comfortable. The hosts were very prompt to reply, we did have a major electrical issue while there, thankfully we were there when it happened and they sent the electrician out a day later.While the property was plenty big enough to accommodate all of us, the location is good, amenities were sufficient; The beds, water pressure and a few other issues as mentioned above, I would not stay here again.

It was nice to have coffee pods, coffee grounds, sugar & creamer supplied. We arrived very late and couldn't get to store yet. There were bottles of water in fridge for us too. Plenty of spices if needed. We were there for a wedding so lots of ironing needed to done. A very nice steamer/iron was available. We did have a small hiccup, not the owners fault, but they were quick to respond and resolve the issue. Plenty of parking.. Very Clean

Having stayed here before, we love and appreciate the comforts of this neighborhood home with easy access to Greenville and all it has to offer. The firepit is a big hit with our grandson who lives nearby. It has everything we need and hope to return before year end.

Great amenities for families. Very nice master shower. Good sized backyard. Just a great rental.

Great location to the Grand Holland Estate where our son got married. We were able to give family a place to stay with the comforts of home

The house was comfortable for the 9 of us. The hostess was very helpful and prompt in her replies. We loved the backyard ambience as we made our s’mores.

We rented the home for two nights to attend a family wedding in the area. It was well located for our needs- just twenty minutes to the venue and twenty minutes in the other direction to downtown Greenville. Adam was an excellent and polite communicator, and we encountered no problems. The house was clean and very well equipped. We highly recommend this rental.

This house was in the perfect location to visit nearby friends and family! It was clean and the beds were very comfortable! The teens had fun playing pool! The home had everything we needed to be comfortable. The little things: salt/pepper/spices in the kitchen, foil and baggies, coffee and filters, shampoo/conditioner in the bathrooms, etc. were greatly appreciated. We would definitely stay here again!

This property is perfect for us visiting family in the area and having a comfortable venue for family dinners.
