2 Landrise - Walk to SHARC & Passes Included, Hot Tub, Bikes, Tesla Charger

The house was in great condition, clean and welcoming! Communication with Arrived was very helpful. We would love to come back!

This was a lovely, well appointed condo/cabin in Sun River. Location really can't be beat, tons of bikes for all sizes (I love the yellow Cruiser- thx!). Hope to return next summer with a couple of friends, quite a bit of space and all around a great stay.

Our August 2025 stay was great. We left looking forward to staying at 2 Landrise again. It was in a great location for the family to bike to the Shark or the village. The house slept our family of 6 perfectly.

The house was comfortable and fit our family perfectly. It was a bummer to feel like we needed to vacuum (and did) when we got there. There was also some issues with the kick plate under the dishwasher continuing the fall off and a loose tile under the sink that kept getting kicked. The bedrooms were comfortable. The furniture felt well taken care of and clean. The location was perfect for our family.

The facilities were great, the downstairs view to the woods was wonderful, we enjoyed eating outdoors, we enjoyed walking in the wooded area. There was plenty of room, plenty of table space, plenty of seating areas, basically plenty of everything. All appliances were fully functional. There were more features than we had time to use! While we were at Sunriver, the weather was perfect, the pine-scented air was great, we saw a few deer. The location was great, central or close to everything of interest (the Village, Fort Rock Park, SHARC, the Nature Center; even the Marketplace/gas station was reasonably close.) A few minor items (NOT FOR PUBLIC VIEW):1. I don't think anyone really had any complaints, mainly a disappointment that we had access to the swimming areas but not the gym areas of SHARC.2. Your checkout instructions indicate to close/lock all doors and windows. When we arrived, some upstairs windows and windows in the downstairs master bedroom were open.3. The plastic kitchen wastebasket lid has a push-button-like tab to open the lid. That was damaged when we arrived and it broke before our stay ended.4. There is an upstairs wooden chair that appears to be missing a peg that connects the arm to the back of the chair. 5. Master beds were great, single bed and bunk beds slightly uncomfortable.

This was a great place! Beautiful home with lots of room for our family of 8. Very clean, well stocked, convenient location, excellent communication. Would def recommend.

LOVED the house. Great location, kids got to bike around on the paths. Immediately got check-in text messages from the property manager asking how things were going. A.

Our stay was absolutely amazing from the moment I booked it. Our host was very accommodating, super responsive, and all around a 10 out of 10. We will absolutely be coming back.

This home was the perfect home base for a friends ski trip to Mount bachelor. We will return!

Stayed here for a work conference. My wife and daughter, daughter’s friend and my wife’s friend and her son and his friend. Plus a dog. Plenty of room. Great hot tub. Beds were comfy. Loved the heated floors especially getting up early. Fireplace was great for drying ski gear at the end of the day. Definitely a lot longer than 3 minutes to walk to SHARC. Took me 5 by car. However l, location is convenient. Kitchen to use better tools but overall pretty good. WiFi was super fast (fastest ever in Sunriver). We would come back.

Great place. Lots of family board games, plenty of outdoor games. Great place!

We had a fabulous stay, love the big table, and use of the grill. The house is perfect for 3 adult couples. We used the bikes, location was great, showers are gorgeous. We would have loved better organization in the kitchen and more/better kitchen/bathroom amenities, the ceiling fans to be dusted, and the duvets to be cleaned properly (ours had dried blood on it)

The house was very comfortable for 5 adults and 2 children. Lots of kitchen equipment, although more storage space for food would have been nice. Decor is dated but adequately furnished. The listing says 3 minute walk to SHARC, but it’s definitely further away. We appreciated the bikes and especially the bike trailer which was perfect for the kids, and also appreciated the large supply of beach towels.

We enjoyed the house and our experience, but some things new attention: Handle on dish washer had been broken when we arrived Brick on front of garage is falling off Enjoyed the use of the bikes and SHARK passes. House worked well for our family of eight.

Our family went to Sun River after my grandson’s graduation from Villanova University. We all enjoy cooking and found the open kitchen plan ideal for sharing cooking and conversation. (The only thing we saw that your kitchen could use is a pair of short tongs.)We hiked,biked, rafted,hot tub’ed, attended concert and had a wonderful week.Your home is so comfortable and warm. We had a perfect celebration week. Thank you.

It was a very cute and clean house! Love that it had board games, bikes, and even a pull bike for little kids. They’ve definitely thought of everything!
