2 houses 5bed 4bath heated pool prime location

The house has bad smell, the house is so outdated with furniture, there’s not one peice of furniture in living room or kitchen you can sit on and not feel as your falling on the floor or sitting on the floor, back patio doors don’t lock well and the plumbing situation is just uncalled for! Telling guest not to flush toilet paper in the toilet!!! All the showers back up and water just sits in them, so I wouldn’t recommend anyone to rent this property if you have to use the bathroom or take showers for daily cleanliness

The property is poorly maintained, pest control, housekeeping & sanitation, plumbing and repairs are needed. Signs are posted in bathrooms not to flush wipes or tissue because it will clog pipes, downstairs shower doesn’t drain the water pools while showering. I was only able to locate 3 not 4 bathrooms. Caulking/sealing of cracks & openings is needed to prevent critters and lizards from entering. There were dropping and died lizards upon arrival. The host stated the property was not occupied for 3 weeks it possible insects came in and died, not the best response at all. Mr. Fixit is needed for the property’s up keep poorly secured televisions, light switches, refrigerator door handles, tissue holders, it was a struggle to open & close sliding glass patio door and master bedroom’s bathroom door. The furniture in the dining area, and living room is dollhouse furniture. These issues and concerns must be addressed to increase future guests experience.

Property was well kept, and the pool was a lot of fun and a nice outdoor space for gatherings. However, not being able to put toilet paper in the toilet was not mentioned prior to booking and was a large inconvenience. We do wish that was mentioned beforehand. Overall, it was a 8/10 stay and local shops and restaurants were great.

It’s was a nice and calm stay. We have 18-20 people and everything was amazing .

Location was perfect as far as access to amenities and basic needs such as groceries, restaurants, pharmacies, gas, etc. The pool was perfect to cool off after a long day of activities. Overall, it was well maintained and clean and for our particular needs, the right location.

No issues, the property was centrally located for my needs. It would have been nice if all the TV remotes worked.
