2 Houses - 4th House from Beach - Main House and Guest Cottage.

Great location Has plenty of room We enjoy it every year

This house is in a great neighborhood and is a short walk to the beach. The home provided everything that we needed.

The property, while in a close neighborhood, offers privacy on the covered porch/patio area. We were a larger group with 4 children under 5 and we stayed comfortably. Loved utilizing the outdoor shower to clean off the kiddos after the beach. The guest house is a bit more modern while the main house is dated but comfortable. They have anything you could need for the beach; floaties, fins, chairs, sand toys, umbrellas etc. Check in was easy! We did have a minor issue upon arrival but the hosts were very easy to reach and extremely quick to respond and resolve it!

Perfect layout and super short walk to the beach!

We absolutely loved staying here. It was so nice to have a separate place for the grandparents to escape to after the beach and after dinner! The location is incredible and the hosts had everything we could need. As a previous review mentioned, there are a ton of beach items to use! We will be returning!

It was very relaxing and beautiful view. It was very peaceful place.

We brought our family for our 2023 vacation children, grand babies and our elderly moms. Great location, spacious room for our family, Great Owners who listened to our concerns and quickly got resolution. This home is great for our family. This is our second year in a row to stay at this home and we will continue to stay here.

We came down for the PCB Youth World Series with my 2 kids and my mom, sister and step dad. We had more than enough room between the two houses! The location was perfect- just a 30 second walk and you’re at the beach. Amy was super responsive when we had a small issue and got it handled quickly. Also the listing doesn’t really say how much stuff they have there for you to use but they had beach chairs, beach umbrellas, fishing poles, beach toys, skim boards, beach blankets, coolers, and more! You don’t have to bring anything! And there is Wi-Fi in the house even though it says there isn’t. 10/10 would recommend!

Great spot. Just far away enough from tourist land and super simple walk to the quite beach. House has all you need. Dated but very clean and maintained nicely. Bring paper plates and cups. No dishwasher. Only down side. Oh bring a couple extension cords if you have a lot of devises. Older home has limited outlets throughout. Overall we were very happy. Easy in and out to beach and Highway. Avoided tourist area. Nightlife 5-10 ride away.
