First, we must inform you that there are NO parties or events allowed at this property. There are state and city laws that must be respected, as well as our neighbors. Any parties or gatherings of any kind will result in a minimum fine of $2,000, and will be asked to check out with no refund. The home is outfitted with a Minut device (measures volume decibels; does not record) that notifies us when noise levels at the property exceed the set limit. This is a tranquil neighborhood that's best suited for guests looking for a relaxing getaway. We appreciate your understanding.



- Home B is pet-friendly and allows up to 2 dogs for a $125 pet fee per stay. Unfortunately, pets are not permitted in Home A. We kindly ask that all dogs staying in Home B be crate-trained and that guests clean up after their pets during their stay.

- Exterior cameras in the front doors are installed solely to monitor our cleaning team for quality and security purposes. There is also an interior security camera located inside the garage.

- Parking is available for a total of 6 vehicles in the driveway & garage. Please note that street parking is not allowed.

- If you're interested in a long-term stay, please reach out to inquire about availability.

- The pool is not heated; however, it is naturally warm enough to swim in generally between June and September. (Home B)
