Stayed Jul 17, 2025Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house has all the right space in all the places! We never thought we would find a house just right for our 9 person group. The amount of bathrooms was so nice! We only had issues with understanding the shuttle passes and where things were around the complex. Other than that, we only wish we had more days to stay. The house isn't stocked, so it was handy that we brought our own VRBO kit with plenty of bathroom tissue, paper towels, trash bags, soap, dishwashing materials, etc. There were some lights out, and a few other things, but overall the stay was great. Community community-specific pool wasn't the cleanest and it stayed slammed full. Highly recommend exploring the beaches and other pools if places nearest to the home are packed. The house also felt like it hadn't been used in recent weeks and needed cleaning, so we did some cleaning ourselves after visiting the Publix that was a golf cart drive away. We also figured out parking, because even though this house can fit many people, the parking is very limited.

This was the best so far. The home was clean, very open and perfect for our family. So much to do in the resort especially for children. The golf carts were nice to have to run around the area.

Stayed Mar 20, 2024Home is beautiful, sitting on the golf course. More then enough space and bathrooms for everyone. The golf carts are a perfect addition to enjoy the neighborhood and everything Baytowne offers. The check in process was easy which I love.

Stayed Dec 28, 2023Great location. Close to Baytowne Wharf and easy golf cart ride to the beach. The 2 golf carts are awesome! You never have to crank your car. Would definitely come back again.
