Perfect for a big group with plenty of common space. Everything you needed for the beach is there and 2 golf carts is a big plus! One small problem with freezer upon arrival but was handled quickly. Would definitely stay here again!

I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family of three stayed over Memorial Day Weekend. This is our third time visiting the Sandestin resort, and this is our favorite property we've stayed in thus far. There was more than enough space, and will keep this as a favorite for future stays when traveling with a set of grandparents or another family as there is more than enough room to accommodate a larger group. Spacious kitchen, dining and living room area were great for relaxing, and the screened in patio and patio off the master bedroom were used quite a bit. We were able to see the Baytowne fireworks from the golf course behind the house. The golf carts are a fan favorite for my 7 yr old, taking them to the beach or the wharf - only needed our rental car for visiting Destin Harbor or other sites on 30A. The only reason I have 4/5 stars for overall satisfaction was because of our trash violation fine. We followed the specific rules about trash times, location, etc. and the trash was not picked up on Memorial Day (we were not made aware that there was an exception to the trash rule on a holiday) and we were assessed a $100 fine. I disputed the fine, providing the time we put the trash out vs the photo that was taken, but I still have not heard back from MyVacationHaven.

The only problem we had was we did not have a working clothes dryer the last 2 weeks of our stay, otherwise, everything was good.

Very clean and the furniture was wonderful. The golf carts, bikes, and gaming table were an absolute bonus. My Vacation Haven was a complete joy to work with and so very attentive to our needs. We loved this neighborhood as well.
