2 Game Rooms, 2 King Suites, Lakeside, Pool

I would definitely stay here again, and I plan to stay here again. No real complaints, but if I had to have 1 it would be the HVAC system. The main floor stays perfectly where you want the temperature to be, the upstairs bedroom gets hot, and the entire downstairs area stays pretty cold (we stayed here in December), but we went and got a cheap space heater and that worked good enough for us. Other than that, no complaints worth mentioning that are any different from any other vacation rental house. I was very pleased with the cleanliness. I look forward to my next stay here.

House was really nice. Location was away from all the traffic. Nice and quiet. Pool was nice. We went in everyday. House was clean and plenty of room for everyone. Kitchen was well equipped. Pool table was nice. Propane fire pits on both floors and grill upstairs. Paddle boards and kayak were on the dock. We paddled out to the islands. We enjoyed our stay

House is in desperate need of repairs, lanscsping and everything in between. I too pic and video and property manager is fully aware. I have no doubt this is a money grab. Pictures in listing are def old and not accurate. Roadside motel has better ratings. There was not one good thing about the house except grill was so bad they dropped a brand new one off. I truly believe recent reviews are fake, no way this is rated anove zero. Do not stay ever, owner is getting screwed by property manager. Needs minimum 100k to bring close to acceptable.. VRBO NEEDS TO DO A BETTER JOB ON ACCURATE LISTINGS. Our vacation with my recent widowed daughter and 10 month old was ruined. Feel free to email me for proof as I have pics and video. Just got home and we are still completely disgusted. NEVER EVER RENT THIS PLACE EVER!!

The property pictures are misleading. The location and layout are great, but it is falling apart and needs some TLC. My biggest issue was the pool and outside areas were very dirty. We checked in Saturday and the pool wasn't cleaned until Thursday. Also, due to the tree cover (which is beautiful) all chairs and surfaces outside were dirty and there was no broom to brush away debris and cobwebs. I called and asked. The pool toys and lake toys (SUP and kyak) were provided but all filthy and mildewey. Providing a blower to keep all the spiders and debris at bay would have been nice. I would not stay here again due to these issues.

My wife and I enjoyed our stay. Communication was great with rental company. Property was nice. Loved the pool even though weather had the water a little chilly.

I don’t live far from the house (just about 30 minutes away), but after my birthday plans fell through, I knew I wanted to find a place with a pool and on the lake to escape for the weekend—and this home was perfect! It was very clean, peaceful, and cozy. I especially loved that I was able to rent a boat and have it delivered right to the dock, which made the experience even better.The host was incredibly friendly, informative, and accommodating. Even the neighbors were welcoming! It truly felt like a home away from home. As a new business owner, life has been pretty hectic these past couple of years, and this stay was exactly the relaxing break I needed. I’ll definitely be booking again!

My family and I go here every year. It’s our happy place where there is so much to do. Perfect for small children and baby proof. Also excellent for holidays and time to enjoy family. We have so many wonderful memories here!

This was a great place to stay for a weekend holiday gathering with our two adult children and their spouses. Plenty of space for 6 adults and my daughter's dog. The house was clean and attractive, and the three bedrooms with each having their own bath were great for our group. Although the weather was bad, the view was still great and there were plenty of games and activities provided in the house to keep us having a good time. We would love to come back in warmer and dryer weather!
