DOG FRIENDLY: Pet fees are not included in your VRBO total and will be added by Vacation Homes of Hilton Head after your online reservation has been made. Our company has a two (2) dog maximum and a weight restriction of 50 pounds maximum. No cats or other animals allowed. Inquire with our reservations staff about a 3rd pet for an additional fee.

Pool: 20' by 9', The pool can be heated up to 88 degrees for an additional $500/week, however it is not available from Memorial Day- Labor Day. Pool heat can be added during check-out when booking online or over the phone with a Guest Ambassador. Last minute requests are not guaranteed and subject to a fee. We cannot guarantee pool heat maintains when the air temperature is below 60℉. This fee is not included in VRBO total and will be added once your reservation has been made.

    Beautiful location on the beach. Beautiful home with everything needed in the kitchen. The pool was nice and having our own boardwalk to the beach was nice! Vacation Homes stayed in contact with me. Thank you for a wonderful trip!!

    We booked this location for its proximity to the beach and that it had an elevator and garage parking. One of the garage doors was nonfunctional for 4 days. The most negative impact was the lack of a working elevator. We had elderly family members who were essentially prisoners because it was too difficult to maneuver the multiple stairs into and out of the property. We were told the elevator would be repaired only to find out that it was not an option. This resulted in drastic changes of plans and prevented many family activities.The management has, thus far, made no effort to compensate for these issues.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house needs a serious updating. Lots of small things made for an uncomfortable stay. The kitchen is furnished with castoffs from other kitchens, the deck is splintered and had roofing nails on it, the dishwasher took 3.5 hours to run a cycle. For the price, it should have been nicer.

    This was home was perfect for us - one of the primary bedrooms looks out over the water. We started every morning here taking it all in over a cup of coffee. Super safe, everything you could need, and the management group was lovely!
