Stayed Dec 26, 2025We had a great stay at this property. Everything was as advertised. The place is nice a spacious for a family vacation, the walk to the beach is so easy, the beach is so nice! The wagon and chairs were very nice, it was great to have all the amenities for a great day at the beach. Communication with the host was excellent, the kitchen had everything we needed. Our favorite adventures were waterskiing the ten thousand islands with Avi watersports and a kayak tour through the mangroves with Adventure Paddle Tours. Highly recommend both. The birding was excellent up at Tigertail beach!! We couldn’t have been more pleased with this house, it was the perfect location, very clean, very comfortable. Highly recommend!

Stayed Apr 3, 2023We LOVED this place & wouldn't hesitate to return! The neighborhood was quiet, safe & only 2 blocks to the beach! The garage was stocked with everything you need to spend the day on the sand...a wagon, umbrellas, chairs, towels, rafts, cooler, etc! The house was very clean & we loved our nights spent out on the screen porch. It was a short, easy drive to area restaurants and Marco Island was so much fun to explore.
