    Oh my gosh! SUCH a five star stay! I’ll try not to forget anything! First (and most importantly!) the host, Dru, and her assistant, Kimbra, are amazing! Incredibly friendly and responsive! I felt like I was staying at a friend’s house. Want to send our thanks again! Second, the property is outstanding! Great neighborhood! Friendly neighbors, safe, tons of parking (which you can’t find in all beach cities!), minutes to the beach and nice flat walks! Literally best spot for being at the beach because (in case you didn’t know!) PCH is LOUD! And busy. But a block or two in, still accessible, but quiet and peaceful! It really was awesome! Additionally, the house is updated, clean, well stocked (we celebrated the holidays AND a birthday here…and had what we needed for special meals!). The linens are high quality and the primary mattress is on the new side and was incredibly comfortable! The twin beds in one picture are no longer there….the extra rooms have and enormous king and a queen, so just note that in case the twins were needed on your end! Bathrooms are updated and great! And the hot tub is kept hot (which we didn’t realize at first!) and that makes it really no fuss to just pop in whenever you’re feeling like it! Great therapy!! We had a dog with our travel party and she was happy as could be throughout! We really had a wonderful stay and will make our way back as soon as we can!!!! Thank you, Dru and Kimbra!

    We were looking at two properties one close to downtown and this place closer to beach. Glad we chose this place as downtown was very busy and hectic. Easy walk to take our dog to the beach and the neighborhood was nice and quiet.House was clean and had everything we needed for our stay.The owner Dru was extremely nice and very accommodating.Being able to park in the garage was a bonus very convenient.

    The property was good for our needs. Overall the property was clean and with most things you would need for a month long stay. The property owner was very responsive to minor issues with the property and quick to get fixed what they were able.

    Pros: Excellent location and super convenient to the dog beach. The neighborhood is quiet, walkable and friendly. The house is comfortable and well stocked. Communication with the host was excellent. The large garage and available street parking were a huge bonus. Cons: The twin bed mattresses need to be replaced and the electronics (televisions and wifi) need to be upgraded. Overall: A wonderful experience and we would definitely stay here again.

    We enjoyed our month stay at Dru’s house. It was comfortable, great location and doggie friendly. My husband and son enjoyed the hot tub after surfing almost daily and the family enjoyed evenings on the back patio.The communications with Dru and her assistant could have been any better. We would definitely stay again!

    This cozy beach home is a wonderful retreat with fantastic proximity to the beach and Dog Beach which was amazing for us....we enjoyed the beach twice a day often! The home has every amenity you would need. The kitchen is well stocked, all the appliances are in good order, the back patio is beautifully furnished and has a great BBQ. The beds were comfortable...which is HUGE. It was an overall great stay and I hope to be back very soon for another stay.

    This is a lovely 3 bedroom 2 and a half bath house that is so beautifully located 2 blocks from PCH and the fantastic dog beach. It is also so close to town it is walkable. Its in a great neighborhood with cute homes all around. I loved having the indoor/outdoor living feel with the patio equipped with hot tub, BBQ, fireplace and comfy seating area. The beds in each room are super comfortable and everything works well. Kitchen is well equipped. When I had a question on anything I always got a very quick response from the owner. This is a wonderful retreat for a family with kids or a group of adult friends sharing a getaway . I would do it again!
