Nancy was great. House was perfect. Kitchen loaded with everything we needed. Clean. Beds were comfy!

Our host was very kind and communicative. We loved the open, airy feeling in the space. And privacy with all the bedrooms.

Great experience, great spot to relax, and regroup. Comfy beds, and a great kitchen. Location was central to lots of cool spots.

Nice place for family and extended family to stay. Private with plenty of room. If I were to change one thing for safety reasons it would be to change out bathroom and entry rugs to nonslip rugs.

This house was such a great stay for us in Newport! We had a small family get together and it was perfect. We even had a baby with us and the little library room having doors was great for him. The ample seating in both of the common areas was cozy and comfortable. There was plenty of kitchen space, utensils, and anything we could ever need to help get things cooked. The hosts were very kind and responsive when we needed extra supplies. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone else who is considering a stay in Newport!

We had a truly enjoyable stay at this spacious and well-maintained coast house. The home was spotless upon arrival and had plenty of room for everyone to relax comfortably. One of the highlights was the three wonderful bathrooms—clean, modern, and convenient for a group.We especially loved the large dining area, perfect for gathering and sharing meals together. The location was easy to find and made a great home base for exploring. It was just a short drive to the harbor and a great selection of local restaurants.Overall, this rental exceeded our expectations, and we would absolutely stay here again!

We rented Nancy's property for our Irish relatives to stay in for our wedding weekend in Newport. They loved the spacious home and the location. They were very comfortable, and the home had everything they needed for a 4 night stay.

We loved our stay here. If you don’t mind walking up and down a pretty big hill, Newport is within walking distance. We enjoyed the spaciousness of the house and especially enjoyed the porch. We would stay here again and highly recommend it!

My family, my parents and my in-laws all stayed in this house. It is located very close to the bay, and is a short drive from the beach. We loved that it was on the outskirts of Newport so it was easy getting in and out of town. It was close to the wedding venue we were attending and the house was so open. We all loved it

House was great! All we needed and very close to the softball fields. Very convenient!

We had a nice stay at home his place close to the bayfront with some friends. Plenty of room for a group with lots of living space and a good size kitchen.

With 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a living room and a den, this property gave the six of us plenty of space to get together in small groups or in a large bunch. The open floor plan meant we could laugh and talk while we fixed a meal or just coffee. The beds were comfortable and the house was just minutes from everywhere we wanted to do. I hope we can stay here again, as it's a delightful home away from home.

This home has so many places to gather or have some quiet time. Upper bedroom was great for those who like it warmer and basement bedrooms were comfy for those of us who like it cooler. Very well outfitted kitchen and brand new deck!

Great stay! We went to Newport for our State Championship Baseball Tournament and the field was just a short walk from the house. We could also walk down the hill to restaurants and shops. The house is set up great for groups. Very open upstairs to socialize. Great communication. Easy directions to follow. We loved our stay! Thank you so much!

This home really worked out well for our group. 2 couples and a single . We were in Newport for a cousin reunion and the rest of the family was in RVs and tents at South Beach State Park. We enjoyed having nice comfortable beds and warm showers. We were a little concerned about the living area being on the top floor and the stairs due to some knee issues. Loved having a fully stocked kitchen. Linens were great, mattress and pillows comfortable. Very comfortable seating areas. Great communication with the host on any questions and concerns. Check in was really easy with their coding system. Hopefully we will be able to book it again next summer. camping at South Beach Star Park.b

Loved this place! Very spacious, clean, good location, and well stocked kitchen. Having tje bedrooms separate from the living areas was greay for napping kids... and adults!

We spent 5 days here and had the greatest time!!! The house was beautiful and located in the most gorgeous neighborhood 😍 Nancy was the best host. We will definitely be back!
