2 Bedroom with Finished Basement Duplex Close to Downtown Indianapolis

Easy to find…clean and great communication with the owner.

Very clean! Looks exactly like the pictures. The home was older but taken care of well and the owners are actively improving. Steve was very accommodating! We had zero issues. Although the neighborhood is not the best we never felt unsafe. Would definitely stay there again.

Everything was clean upon arrival and in great condition...would just be aware if upstairs is rented you can hear alot through the floors

Came into town super late but wasnt an issue as we had already been given all the info to get into the building the day prior. The interior was beautiful and there was plenty of space to enjoy our stay properly

Steve was great to work with. I misplaced my car keys the night before checkout so the morning of checkout was very hectic. Steve was incredibly understanding and helpful as we tried to get everything settled.

The proprrty was clean, comfortable, well-stocked and close to the places we visited in Indianapolis. The host was very responsive. Unfortunately, the neighborhood is fairly shabby and run down.

It was a nice house. Dog loved it too.

A good location to downtown Indy just off the highway.Not much for restaurants nearby. Gas station food available. Creepy floors and a limited amount of kitchen items.We used plastic cups for coffee cups.Also had issues with flies. Steve the host communicated very well. Just keep in mind that we booked based on lower price and we now know why.

It’s like a rustic cabin in the middle of the hood….A peaceful little getaway if you aren’t afraid of common folk. Would’ve been nice to be able to use the backyard as a living area… oh, and the flies.Master bedroom has really comfortable bed and the A/C was perfect for the hot days.

Very easy to get to and from downtown, just a bit of a noisy street, made sleeping in the front room a little hard for light sleepers.

We were in Indy for a concert, found this booking. Steve our host was easy to get a hold of and check in was easy.

This property was comfortable and useful, with many choices for lodging a substantial group of people. We could only stay one night with our travel plans, but this is a worthy choice for an extended stay in Indianapolis.

On the out skirts of the city with easy access to the city. We had everything we needed and the option of frozen pizza was a special treat!

This lower half of a house has a few flaws but it was still worth it for a longer stay. The place is on a main traffic line so you can't have the door open for fresh air in the morning; the traffic is just too loud. You will only notice this if you have the front door open. The nearest full grocery store is two miles away. There are several gas stations a stone's throw away but their prices are based on being directly off of the freeway. This place is small and my larger friends felt crowded in the basement. The bedrooms are perfectly fine. If you have a large group, I'd think about another location but if your group is a few adults and several kids I think you'd enjoy this location. Only one bathroom but it has a fully functional whirlpool tub. Four TVs with Roku devices. Internet, parking in the back and a well rounded out kitchen complete this location. Would I stay here again? Yes, but I'd only have 3 or four adults and it would still be worth the stay.

Convenient to downtown, plenty of street parking.
