2 Bedroom Townhouse w/Play Room+Pets Welcome

What a nice getaway! The lay out of the place was perfect where no one ever felt cramped like in a traditional hotel room. The place had a playroom stocked with games where our kids played for hours. The driveway right up to the door was key! The view was so peaceful and the place had everything you could possibly need.

I felt a good vibe/energy of the home as soon as I stepped inside. It was exactly as described in the listing and even more. Clean, airy, updated. The kitchen is very well equipped, beds are very comfortable. The view is beautiful. The garage helped keep our car cool and safe. Quiet and relaxing. Being pet friendly I was afraid inside will be a specific smell of a house with a pet inside but no, it was no difference. The high-ceiling throughout the house and skylights on the second floor bedroom and bathrooms are an awesome feature, you can sit in bed/bathtub and watch the trees, sky and clouds passing. Very relaxing indeed. We loved our stay and we cannot wait to come back with another occasion. Now I don't have to search for other places to rent in Galena as long as this property is available on the desired dates.

Everything was great and as advertised. We have an electric car so it was perfect to have the charger available in the garage. No complaints.

We had a lovely stay and the townhouse is beautifully decorated. They were very accommodating to our dog and she had a great time talking walks in the area. The coffee bar had so many options and the kitchen had everything we needed. The access to The Owners Club is a nice bonus. Sitting on the balcony with a cup of coffee and the dog was the best part because of the view and the peaceful sounds of nature.

We stayed for two nights for our 27th anniversary and had a wonderful time! We brought our Cavalier King Charles Spaniel with us and all of us were VERY comfortable. Our host, Will, was very responsive and helpful and provided lots of information in advance and the day of check out too!We will definitely be coming back here again!

Second time staying here. Kids love it. Don’t need to lug all my baby stuff. There’s a pack and play and rollaway crib. Dog friendly. Conveniently located. Highly recommend.

This was a perfect house for little kids (ages 2 and 3). We loved the toy room and access to the pools. They provide everything you need for little ones…pack n’ play, high chair, night lights etc! Also, appreciated the great communication and thorough instructions for everything. Thanks!

Clean; responsive; exactly as advertised—perfect for our family of 4 traveling with 7 y/o and 2.5 y/o. Travel crib was especially helpful for us!!

The property was as advertised and very nicely appointed. The owner was very communicative and easy to work with.

We were looking for a nice location to stay with our 4 kiddos in the territories. This home could not have been more perfect. The hot air balloon festival was just a short(0.75mile) walk away, there were trails to walk with the family, and the owners club was a short drive(5 minutes) away. We enjoyed everyone moment of our weekend. We loved that we could bring our family pet along and did not have to worry about adding a crate to an already full vehicle. We were there during a heat wave and the owners allowed us to check in a little early so we could drop off our pet so she wouldn’t over heat walking around with us while we were downtown. We will definitely be back

Will’s place was amazing and even better than advertised. It had everything we needed for traveling with an infant, a toddler, and a dog. They even had a tiny potty for the little one. The place was pristine, and the views were incredible and so relaxing. Will was very responsive and set us up for an enjoyable stay. We will definitely be back.

This property was great. It was very clean and provided all we would need to feel at home. The location was perfect. We were a 2 minute drive to the golf courses and a few steps away from a nice walking path. We would not hesitate to recommend this property.

We spent 6 nights at Dear Galena as a family of 4. The amount of room was perfect for us! The beds were very comfortable and the playroom was a major plus for a getaway space for the kids to hang out. We loved the beverage center with all the coffee maker options! It was easy to get to downtown Galena, area attractions and to the clubhouse (yay, pool!). The townhouse had great views and it's location was nice and quiet when we were there. Definitely would rent again the next visit to Galena.

From check in to check out, our host was wonderful. Responsive to questions, etc. I've stayed at many VRBO type places, this was by far one of the best. It was stocked with all items listed. The place was very clean and there was plenty of space.

We stayed here with 3 kids ranging from 1-6 years old and 1 dog. Super convenient for little kids with a nice playroom that the older 2 enjoyed. Lots of baby stuff here too like pack n play and baby gate. Easy to get into town and we enjoyed a day at the pool at the owners' club during a rainy day. Would rent again.

The property was very clean and had everything needed for a nice to stay. Had to connect with the owner about a small issue with the TV due to an update and he got back to us within minutes. We had a great time and would come back again!

We had a great time during our stay! The house is clean, comfortable, and well stocked. The fireplace, streaming services, and Sega were enjoyed by all, and made for a fun hangout space when we weren't out doing other things.

This is by far one of the best dog-friendly VRBOs I've stayed at - and with no additional pet fee either! It is so nice to not have to worry about bringing along a crate, bowls, or even a leash. This place was super nice in many other ways as well. The jetted tub is very relaxing and worked great. I slept better here after a night in the tub than I do at my own house! The sheets in the primary bedroom are super comfy. The silverware, dishes, and pots and pans are all very clean and the coffee station is amazingly stocked! The place is perfect for a quick getaway and it was nice to just be able to relax. Another bonus was that use of the garage is included, which makes it so nice to be able to load/unload undercover and in privacy. Thank you for sharing this great place - will return when we can! :)

We had a great time at this place! The property was perfect for the four of us and our dog. And the surrounding area is beautiful, even in late December with no snow. We took long walks on the many hiking paths and went into Galena for dinners. Unfortunately I didn’t manage to make the gas fire work but it was not too cold outside so not a big deal. We also enjoyed the amenities of the Galena Territory Owners Club, which was very nice.

We stayed here for a Christmas getaway and were really happy with our choice. My kids are older (teen & preteen) but we were impressed with how toddler friendly this place is with the basement playroom and plasticware. Plenty of space for us, and a great coffee bar!

Beautiful area and property! Stayed while it snowed and the property was immediately shoveled. Close to spa, restaurants and shops. Highly recommend this property d/t fabulously decorated with comfort in mind.

We wanted a property that had room for our family and dogs and this one fit the bill, and then some. It was well stocked, clean, and even came with a garage with a charger. There was a great room geared for kids and extras like a kennel and bowls for the pups. They were very responsive to our texts. Plus, the check out process was small and simple. Bonus is they included a detailed link about the house and the area was sent before you arrived so you could check it out before arrival which was nice to have. Would definitely stay here again!

There is nothing this condo doesn't offer! Every amenity that you could possibly think of is here! Coffee bar that includes a Kuerig, Nexpresso, french press, electric tea kettle, plus all the necessary items like coffee pods, various teas, go-cups, and more. Spotless and very modern, yet cozy decor. They allowed our two dogs and even had things for them. You will love it! We did! They thoight of everything!

The Galena Territory is a beautiful area with rolling hills and golf courses. It is a quiet, relaxing area with numerous walking trails and scenic overlooks. The townhiuse is well equipped, spacious and comfortable. Will is easy to communicate with and seems willing to accommodate guests.

We had a great time staying at Wills place. The accommodation was spotlessly clean and we appreciated the additional attention to detail - multiple phone charging leads and a kettle so we could make tea. The area is picturesque and quiet and the balcony offers the perfect location to take in sunrise or sunset in the most beautiful surroundings. I would love to stay here again. Great Place To Stay, Very Clean, Very Up To Date, Very Nice View From The Deck, Very Spacious!

Wonderful and spacious two bedroom property. It was a nice 15 minute wake to Eagle Ridge resort. Coffee bar was a really great amenity!!

The unit was very clean and nicely/simply decorated. We have rented in the Territory many times and this unit by far had the most amenities provided (we basically only had to provide our own food and personal toiletries). So many llittle touches to make being away from home easy. The owner was very responsive during the stay when we needed something. The view is amazing from the balcony and so much to do nearby. Was also great to be able to bring our dog.

We had a nice stay at the property. It was our first time staying at a VRBO that allowed dogs and it was a perfect setup for the entire family. My 6 year old daughter was especially excited about the playroom and has already talked about when we go back next year so that is a good sign. I was surprised there were not many bugs outside so we could actually enjoy the patio and the view of the golf course is gorgeous. Thanks for hosting us! We plan to come back.
