Stayed Jul 11, 2024The house itself is beautiful, in a quiet location, and has a decent-sized fully fenced backyard for pups or kids. Our only issue is that we pulled quite a few sharps out of the backyard- broken glass, little pieces of metal, etc. There isn’t a ton of privacy on the porch; you can make eye contact with the neighbors, but the firepit is cozy and hidden from others’ view! You can tell from the back that there was a house fire at one point, but the interior was beautifully restored.

Stayed Apr 13, 2024This property was ok. Throughout our stay we noticed minor issues that I brought to the owners attention. The property was clean. The neighbourhood is in a slightly lower income area and not all residences are well maintained. The landlord said he would address deficiencies such as broken dining chair, missing light fixtures, broken blinds, side table lamp…etc. we were there at a heavy pollen season so we didn’t get to enjoy the outside space. Lots of pollen, broken branches and leaf debris in one corner of the backyard. This place needs a bit more attention.

Stayed Jul 23, 2022My family and I (2 adults, 2 kids and 2 cats) needed a place to stay for a couple of weeks while we waited for our apartment to be ready. This is exactly what we needed! Perfect amount of space, very easy check in and check out process, clean with newly updated features, and close to shopping areas, parks and restaurants. Would highly recommend!

Stayed May 9, 2022This place was perfect for us and what we needed for our stay in Kennesaw. It was my husband, our 6 year old and myself. My husband and I had to stay in Kennesaw for work for a week. It was the perfect amount of space and just minutes to anywhere we needed to go. This place was clean and newly updated. The best part was the owner being so accomodating, even with our dog. And, he was very responsive. We travel to Kennesaw several times a year for work and will likely start making this our home away from home from now on.
