Stayed Jun 17, 2025Walk to town and enjoy excellent food and the best ice cream in MA. Well-equipped kitchen, comfy beds, zen-like atmosphere amidst trees and flowers. Walk to private family beach where there is safe swimming, life guards and sand to dig in. Quiet air conditioners keep home cool when the weather gets hot but the sea breezes waft in all day. We could not have enjoyed this property more and the owner is delightful. TEN STARS.

Stayed Jun 2, 2025This was our 2nd stay. We love the location, the house and the amenities. As another family member said: a hotel is cold, where as this house has a soul! Owner is quick to respond to questions or concerns.

Stayed May 15, 2025Nice clean home - everything was as advertised. Lovely neighborhood, easy access with parking for two cars and check in/check out process was easy. Would definitely stay here again.

Stayed Dec 12, 2024I really enjoyed my stay here. I feel like I hit the jackpot in its location. I felt totally safe. I took a lovely walk to a village, Padarama (sp?), and hit the local yarn shop. Met friends at Sailing Loft for lunch. Great place. The house was warm (I’m up from Florida) which was a delight. I would definitely stay here again.

Stayed Oct 22, 2024This was the perfect getaway for my family to visit us while they met our newborn son. It was clean & beautifully setup to have family dinners. Also, walking around the neighborhood was quaint & perfect to take-in all the various views of the area. Would love to stay here again with my family.

Stayed Oct 17, 2024Beauty 1950s home. Updated kitchen and bathroom. Owner was always responsive. Neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. Surrounded by its own private grove of trees. We were amused by the wildlife from sqirrels and chipmunks to turkeys and salamanders. Perfect for a fsmily of 4

Stayed Sep 26, 2024Bed Bugs! Dirty wall to wall carpets & sticky kitchen floor. Refrigerator seems to have just been emptied and was dirty too! Rusty Dirty Vents. Felt creepy like the guy had just moved out right before we arrived & did a quick clean to cover it up! He Totally denied houses condition but we’ve got pictures to show condition. Outside seems beautiful but we left @ 5:30am before sun rose after arriving @ 11:30pm bc we couldn’t sleep due to bed bugs and clanking heating system! We immediately informed host who didn’t agree and only offered us 30% discount when we should only have paid for one night!!!
