It was a quick visit. Location of home convenient for everything we needed to do. Very quiet neighborhood. Was perfect for the quick two night stay.
We loved our stay!! My daughter and I spent almost a week there while she had K-Week and awaited to move into her apartment! Felt like a perfect temporary home for us being gone so long, it had everything we needed for a great stay!! Love the neighborhood and location too!! Only thing it needs is a new shower curtain liner.
Perfect little place to stay while celebrating our daughter’s graduation from University of Kentucky. This very cute and clean two bedroom is exactly as pictured and provided a perfect place for family to hang out for the weekend. I wish we would have found it during her first year at UK!
Nice house and perfect location to downtown Lexington , UK, and several of the distilleries- we made a quick hour trip over to Louisville while we were there and it was only about an hour. If you’re bringing a dog this place has the perfect back yard. Would stay there again without hesitation.
Overall it's a nice place there is just a few things in the house that's not shown in the photos. The bathroom looks very outdated and had a smell to it. The furniture is nice but only if your looking at it what I mean by that is its very flimsy. I didn't sit on certain furniture in fear of breaking it. The bed frames are very unstable had to switch them out at the beginning of our stay so we could sleep in the bigger room. We knew it wouldn't hold us and we are average sized. Reached out to the owner on this and no response. By the way you have to put the pin in and twist the top latch over in over to lock the door which I didn't realize until my second night. Overall though it's in a good location and peaceful neighborhood.
Property was nice, the floors could’ve been a little cleaner, but nice overall. Our dogs loved the fully fenced in yard to run around!
We had to ask a few times for address of property and received as we were making our 6 hour drive to Lexington. Just a pain because we were already en route. The bones of the house were cute but there was a strong odor (like water damage perhaps), the woodwork and doors were filthy, garbage left under bathroom sink, small things like not even a toilet paper holder in the bathroom. Closet door was broken and hanging in the kitchen. Extra sheets were just rolled up on floor next to laundry machines. Garbage and broken furniture were in the backyard. The property owners run several rentals in Lexington. Unsure why property isn’t being kept up. I texted the property manager about the cleanliness alerting them. We said we didn’t want anyone to come and clean while we were there since we had to work during the day, but they should know. She never even responded to my text.
Home was perfect for anyone headed to Lex for a weekend. Only request- stabilize the beds so they don't move with normal sleep movements. Bed was very comfortable, just shifted during the night.
Cute house in a nice, quiet neighborhood. Great yard for our small dogs, and a comfy stay. It doesn’t matter to us, but it could use a little love, especially in the bathroom. And it was clean enough— but could’ve been cleaner.
I won't be staying again. If you like the smell of old musty furnace scent that hits your nostrils the moment you open the door this place is for you. Issue with the neighbor and the trash cans being thrown in the front yard. Asked Robert, as a courtesy to me, to tell me what the Ring footage showed and said the owner will be reviewing and he would get back to me. He never did. I felt like I was being watched by the neighbor from the moment I drove in, felt uncomfortable.
We enjoyed our stay! Beautiful home with a great space for visiting with friends before attending a concert at Rupp arena. We would definitely stay again!
My husband walked in and immediately told me we were going to be redecorating our home so it looks exactly like this property. Very clean and beautiful. Such a great yard and amenities. We can’t wait to come back.
We loved our stay here! The house was clean and the neighborhood felt safe. My only complaint is that the house smelled like stale cigarettes. I’m not sure if was the previous owner, renter or if it came from neighbors but we had to go out and buy some air fresheners. Our dogs loved the huge back yard! The bed was very comfortable and we loved the Kentucky vibe:) It is close to food and shops.
