Stayed Apr 12, 2024We were very comfortable and secure staying here, the property is extremely clean and modern. Our hosts provided detailed information and were quick to respond to questions which we appreciated a lot. They also provide a lot of amenities in terms of the basics you need for a stay. The location was easy to find parking was available. Thank you for a great stay, we would stay again in the future.

Stayed Jul 27, 2025Super clean suite, with fun extras like adjustable coloured lighting in the kitchen/living room areas, and a dual shower head.PROS: Extremely clean, excellent communication from host, three separate beds (two which were very comfortable - the smaller single bed was extremely firm), large washer & dryer with Tide detergent, nicely stocked kitchen with some spices, coffee & coffee maker, sugar, powered milk, plastic wrap, etc.CONS: No hair dryer (so bring your own), no iron, a little light on towels (there were large beach towels, but no face cloths, and only one hand towel), there was a very strong cleaner smell which took a while to dissipate (guests with allergies might have a problem), no sharp kitchen knife (but there were scissors), this suite is located in a relatively new suburb, so is a longer drive to other parts of Saskatoon.

Stayed May 9, 2025The owners were good to deal with. It’s located in a new developed area far from traffic so it’s quiet and not busy. It’s a basement suit but we didn’t hear anyone above us. It’s new and very clean. Only down side was you have to book 3 days to have access to the washer and dryer. We would book and stay here again.
