Stayed Sep 22, 2025The host went out of her way to have everything there, from coffee pods, cream, and sugar to extra linens. She purchased new outdoor chairs because I inquired about sitting out when I made the reservation.If I had a question, she responded immediately.She's a fantastic host.

Stayed Jul 22, 2025The area where this is located appeared to be very high in crime rate. I personally saw two police stops, one on Lamar Circle and one on Lamar Avenue a block away. Local people from Memphis told me not to leave anything in my car overnight that could be seen and broken into. Many boarded up retail on Lamar Avenue with bars on windows and chain fences with barbed wire.The house itself was as advertised, quite nice and comfortable. Only wish that house was in another safer area.

Stayed May 14, 2025This house was super cute! A little hidden gem. A few struggles with the door code at first but was corrected right away. Backyard is huge! We felt safe and secure in the home or the backyard. Plenty of supplies, snacks and sweet notes. It was perfect location for Memphis in May and perfect for us and the kids. Washer and dryer were super helpful. Highly recommend it for a small family or 2 couples. Property owner was kind and helpful. Would stay there again!

Stayed Apr 25, 2025The property itself was wonderful. House was well taken care of, and all amenities were as described. Only concerns was the home was near the airport, and you could hear the plane noises pretty good, and the neighbors at night being a little noisy with music. There were sound machines in the bedrooms which helped when we went to sleep, but watching TV, we needed to turn the volume up to drown out the other outside noises.
