Great stay. Mark and Rich are excellent hosts. They provide everything you need to make your stay enjoyable and accommodating. Did not have any problems but had some questions and they were always quick to respond. Would definitely stay here again.

Our host Mark was extremely accommodating. This home is so well set up and there were lots of extras to assure we were well taken care of! It was a home away from home...thankyou to our hosts for a lovely relaxing stay! PS - the housecoat was a favourite!

This rental was a wonderful experience for us. Our host Mark was very professional and communicative right from the beginning and throughout our stay and got back to us immediately when we had a question. The lovely house had been recently renovated and was spotless. We have rented in Sunbird several times before and have enjoyed the social events and the excellent recreational facilities. Everything from arrangements for check-in to check-out went smoothly without baby problems. And our owner responded promptly with to any issues We had during our stay. Highly recommend this VRBO property.

This home was certainly a great choice for us. It was very, very clean and all the essentials were provided. The check-in process with Mark was very easy. He provided a notebook with information about the house and the community that was helpful to us. Mark also contacted us a couple of days later just to check if we needed anything. We recently relocated from Ohio to Arizona and needed a place to stay while we house hunted and I booked this house for a month. Unexpectedly, we found a house before we left Ohio and all previous plans had to be adjusted. Mark and Rich were very gracious to work around our new schedule. The house is wonderful, the resort is superb! The house is fully stocked with everything you need for a short or long stay. We ended up spending a great deal of time at our new residence, until our belongings arrived, so were not able to take advantage of the many nice amenities but we went to the pool a couple times. We met several people at the pool, some while out walking and everyone was friendly and welcoming. I think if we hadn’t just bought our new Arizona house, we would have considered Sunbird as an option. Highly recommend!
